Shore Beats Work II in Lewes, DE offers the best of both worlds. Chaz and I fell in love with the area and became owners in August 2022. Our first floor 1313 sq. ft. condo offers a stunning view of Love Creek from every room. Whether you’re sipping your morning beverage or enjoying a libation on the balcony, you’ll never be disappointed. We love bird watching and often spot egrets and herons.
SBW II is a brand new build hosting 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master bedroom has 2 queen beds, seating area, and wall mounted tv. Master bath ensuite has a 90 inch granite vanity, toilet, and walk in shower. The next bedroom hosts a queen bed and is directly across from the guest bath. A full tub/shower combo makes bathing children a breeze.
We have a fully equipped kitchen that makes preparing and serving super easy with an expansive granite island with 4 full back chairs. There’s a console table under the tv that opens to accommodate seating for 8,
with 4 additional counter height stools.
Our living room sports a 75 inch wall mounted smart Samsung television equipped with WiFi, Samsung Live, and Paramount for your viewing pleasure. Each room has balcony access affording privacy to each Guest.
We have a designated, numbered “3104” parking space close to the front entrance and we’re right across from our community pool with pool house, showers and bathrooms. Enjoy kayaking, fishing, and crabbing from the dock, or simply stroll the boardwalk, just steps away from our building. We’re a gated community and close to dining, Tangier tax free outlets/shopping, and Rehoboth Beach is a short 5.5 mile drive. Year round DART bus stop is at the community entrance if you prefer not to drive/ park your car. No pets, per HOA rules. No smoking or vaping. Minimum 7 night stay is required per HOA.
Come explore Lewes! The First town in the First State that ratified the Constitution. Every season is an opportunity for adventure, fun, and new discoveries! Explore Cape Henlopen State Park, the Junction and Breakwater Trail, Fort Miles Historic Area, Nassau Valley Vineyards, and the historic Lewes Farmers Market (in season). Enjoy fresh ice cream at Hopkins Farm Creamery and love on some BBQ ribs and chicken at Smokin D'z BBQ! Take a day trip on the Cape May Lewes Ferry and you can even rent an E-bike at the ferry terminal if your a walk on passenger on the ferry.

And for our animal lovers, don't miss Barn Hill Preserve in Frankford, DE. It's a hands-on zoological park with red kangaroos, otters, and two toed sloths and it's only a short 40-minute drive. Come and stay awhile and discover Sussex County.

Condo was amazing and the location was excellent, right off the beaten path. We enjoyed the balcony where you had access from the master, living room and 2nd bedroom. My husband especially enjoyed crabbing practically right in the backyard! Would definitely recommend and our host Tracey was phenomenal! I look forward to a future stay at this fabulous condo!

Our stay was everything we hoped for and more. The condo was in pristine condition on arrival, and looked exactly like the photos. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunsets. The host, Tracy, was a pleasure to deal with. She was available to us both before and during our stay. We highly recommend this condo.

Incredibly well-appointed condo, gracious & responsive host, exceeded our expectations. Used the kitchen, sat on the balcony, grilled on the little grills by the pool. Would recommend highly and would definitely return if the opportunity arises.

Everything was perfect. A great location, central to everything. The room was beautiful and very clean - with many amenities. Our host was lovely - I can’t say enough. We really enjoyed the pool too. It’s a definite 10 out of 10 for me. I’ll be returning!

10/10 ExcellentIt’s a “Wow!” when we walked in. This condo is incredibly clean, professionally stylish, comfy and so new. It’s located by the beautiful love creek and central to famous Cape Henlopen State Park Fishing Pier & beach, Rehoboth beach, and Indian River Inlet. Tracy is so kind, caring and responsive, extremely helpful. We had a wonderful stay. We will definitely return in our next vacation.

The condo looked like it was professionally decorated! Everything was new and matched! Host supplied everything we needed right down to a first aid kit! Well stocked supplies in every room. Cozy blankets too. Complex had a nice pool with easy access to Lewes and Rehobeth beaches and shopping. Highly recommend this Tracy property!!

Great Stay!!

We absolutely loved staying here. Tracy is extremely helpful and made our stay a great experience!! Only a short drive to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The on-site pool was a bonus. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. We will stay there again.

We had an amazing stay at “Shore Beats Work II” and would absolutely book it again! From the moment we walked in, it felt more like a home than a rental. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully updated with modern amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable.The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing week, and the furnishings and decor made it feel warm and welcoming. The location couldn’t have been better; just a short drive to both Lewes and Rehoboth Beach, making it easy to enjoy the beaches, restaurants, shopping, and everything the area has to offer.Tracy was a wonderful host, and it was clear she takes great pride in providing an exceptional experience for her guests. Fantastic vacation

Tracy was an absolute joy to speak with. She was very helpful in getting to the location as well as giving us some ideas on where to go. Stayed here for a week with the family. Unit is clean, spacious and fully stocked. Short 10-15 drive to the beach. Amazing restaurants all around. Tracy was an absolute pleasure to deal with and quick to respond. Should baseball travels bring us back to Delaware, we will definitely stay again.

This place was perfect for us. It was so clean, had everything we needed and the location was great. Communication was good and it was nice to get a text from the owner asking if everything was ok and if we were having a good time. All linens are provided which was so helpful!! Check in was easy. People are nice there. Pool area was great. You have to drive to places but that’s the beauty of it. You get to see a lot and it is literally 10-15 minutes tops to everything. We will be staying here again if we visit Lewes!! Thank you for a great stay, Tracy!

Wonderful!

My family and I loved our stay here. Beautiful condo with view of Love Creek from every room. Enjoyed sitting out on balcony in early morning and again in the evenings enjoying the view and peaceful setting. Condo was spacious, very comfortable, immaculate, and well equipped with everything we needed. Pool was very nice. Close to Lewes, Cape Henlopen, and Delaware beaches. Tracy is a wonderful host! We try to come to this area annually and will definitely plan on staying here on out next visit!!

Remarkable in every way

Shore Beats Work was truly remarkable! The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable with a wonderful view my wife and I took advantage of having our morning coffee on the patio. Tracy was truly a blessing to work with. She checked in with us throughout to make sure our vacation was what we expected and treated us like family. I would highly recommend!!!We will surely be returning to Shore Beats Work for another wonderful experience. Tracy and Chaz thank you for all you have made possible for our week in Delaware.
