The neighborhood is quite, safe, and well established. The majority of the neighbors are long term and have lived here for 10 years plus. Waters Edge Community Park is only a 7 minute walk. There are covered BBQ grills here. Great location for a party. It's first come first serve. No reservation required.
There are many good restaurants and shopping nearby. Feel free to ask your host for any local recommendations.
