Private Heated Pool • Family Home Near Disney

Why guests pick Casa Blanca

🌴 Welcome to Joel’s Casa Blanca
Experience a modern oasis just 9 minutes from MCO Airport and 15 minutes from Disney! As parents who visit Orlando often, we know exactly what families need: a spotlessly clean home, a pool that’s actually warm, and space to unwind after exhausting park days. We’ve designed this home to be your private retreat—luxury and convenience without the resort prices.

☀️ The Outdoor Oasis
Private Screened Pool: Fully enclosed to keep bugs out while you soak up the Florida sun.

FREE Solar-Heated Pool: Enjoy a comfortably heated pool year-round at no extra cost (saving you the typical $30+/day fees charged by competitors).
Note: Because our heating is 100% solar-powered, water temperature is dependent on Florida sunshine. During unusually cold "cold snaps" or heavy cloud cover, it may not reach typical swimming temperatures.

Relaxation Space: Private backyard with an enclosed sitting area and a BBQ grill, perfect for poolside dinners.

Family Extras: A community playground and covered picnic area are just a short walk away.

🛋️ The Modern Interior
Single-Story Living: No stairs to climb—ideal for toddlers, grandparents, and heavy luggage.
Smart Home Integration: Lightning-fast WiFi (563 Mbps) for remote work or streaming, keyless smart lock entry, and Smart TVs in every room for seamless movie nights.

Master Suite Retreat: Features a private en-suite bathroom with your own personal Whirlpool Jacuzzi Tub—the ultimate way to soothe your feet after a long day at the theme parks.

Fully Stocked Kitchen: Large island with USB charging, modern appliances (air fryer, waffle maker, coffee station), and kid-friendly dishes so you can save on expensive park food.

🛏️ Bedding & Layout (Sleeps 8)
Master Suite: Queen bed, 55” Smart TV, en-suite bathroom with whirlpool jacuzzi and direct pool access.
Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, 40” Smart TV.
Kids’ Room: Two twin beds, 40” Smart TV.
Living Room: Queen sofa sleeper with a 75” Smart TV.

🗺️ Prime Location & Logistics
Theme Parks:
Epic Universe: 14 mi (approx. 22 min)
Disney Springs: 16 mi (approx. 23 min)
Universal/SeaWorld: 17 mi (approx. 23 min)
Magic Kingdom: 19 mi (approx. 24 min)

(5 mi)🎯 Fun: Gatorland (5 mi), Premium Outlets (13 mi), Mall at Millenia (15 mi)
🏖️ Beach: Cocoa Beach (58 mi / 1 hour drive)
💡 Pro tip: You’ll be home and in our pool within 20 minutes of landing at MCO!

Parking: Driveway (4 cars), garage (2 cars), plus rare RV/boat parking.

ℹ️ Important Details
Check-in/Check-out: Seamless self check-in via smart lock. We offer an 11 AM checkout because we know that extra hour matters for families!

Policies: Quiet hours after 10 PM. No smoking/vaping indoors. Guest count is verified via exterior security. We take pride in our maintenance and appreciate you treating our home as your own.

Host had amazing communication and was prompt to respond with any questions we had. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The home is a short drive from the parks which made it convenient for us. We would definitely rent from them again. It was a wonderful trip for our family.

I had a wonderful stay. All the comforts of Home. Including Alovely pool to enjoy. The neighborhood was great. Everything was as expected. The only thing that wasn’t working, which had no impact on our overall stay, but the master Jacuzzi tub did not work. Otherwise, everything was great.

Thank you for your review. The jacuzzi works but you never reached out to ask how to use it. Hopefully next time you will.

As good as it looks!

Sometimes fact is not reflected in reality. Not in this case, it was as nice a place in person as it was online. The photos do it justice inside and out. Everything mentioned on the site was found to be true and in good working order. Communications with Joel were quick and easy! Messages in the VRBO app usually responded to within minutes. We loved the location in quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and will book again should the opportunity arise.

I had only one concern. My daughter and husband arrived 2 hours before check-in time of 4:00 PM and wanted a place to store their luggage before going somewhere to have a bite. They had come in from New York via airlines. I was told they would have to pay a small fee for doing so. I had not yet arrived as I was driving from Miami. Check out time is 11:00 AM. So I believe that by 2:00 PM., the place should and could have been available for them to drop off their suitcases. A fee would have been unnecessary for this request.

We do apologize for this but like we explained upon the request, the cleaning service has its own rules that we must abide by since the property generates a lot of traffic. It is unfair to them for us to push expediting their meticulous cleaning process during a same day turnover to accommodate early arrivals. It is the reason our check-in time is clearly stated to be 4pm. We do accommodate requests on case by case basis.

After years of visiting Orlando ourselves, we know what families really need: a spotlessly clean home, a pool that’s actually warm, and space to relax after magical but exhausting park days. That’s why we included the FREE solar-heated pool, 11AM checkout (that extra hour matters!), and thoughtful touches like kids’ dishes and USB charging ports. We’re not just hosts - we’re parents who “get it.”

Joel’s Casa Blanca is a vacation paradise. I am a techie at heart and you will notice this with some of the automation found at Mi Casa Blanca. My goal is to make you feel at home when you are away from home. I will always ensure my homes are to the cleanest standards and I will strive to exceed your expectations.

The neighborhood is quite, safe, and well established. The majority of the neighbors are long term and have lived here for 10 years plus. Waters Edge Community Park is only a 7 minute walk. There are covered BBQ grills here. Great location for a party. It's first come first serve. No reservation required.

There are many good restaurants and shopping nearby. Feel free to ask your host for any local recommendations.
