Large one bedroom / one bathroom condo on top floor of Beau Mer's south-facing D building. Enjoy beautiful views of Naples Bay and the sunsets from our lanai. Nicely furnished with a new king-sized bed, walk-in closet and separate vanity from bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen with all appliances, dishes, drinkware, and utensils you could need for preparing gourmet meals and cocktails. Walking distance (0.5 mile / 10 minutes) to downtown Old Naples shops and restaurants. The Beau Mer community is located on quiet Naples Island at the head of Naples Bay. Enjoy your vacation fully surrounded by water. The Beau Mer community has a wonderful pool, hot tub, and covered BBQ area with gas grills. A reserved covered parking spot is included, below the unit. Building includes elevator and coin-operated commercial washers and dryers in the laundry room.

Naples in April

Great location for walking Fifth Ave and going to the Beach. Bed comfortable and everything we needed for our week was in the unit. Mike was very responsive to all our questions as they came up. Unit deserves a 5 star rating.

Beautiful upgraded condo with great views of Naples Bay.

Nicely furnished condo. Kitchen is well stocked with newer pots and pans if interested in cooking. Large vanity separate from shower in bathroom. Comfortable king size bed in bedroom, Large lanai with glass and screens with comfortable dining chairs and table.

Holiday week

Great location- walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very clean, weel stocked, and comfortable. Beach chairs and towels greatly appreciated. Nice views from balcony. Nice pool and hot tub. We had wonderful week.

Hervorragend gelegene Ferienwohnung …

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt unmittelbar am Yachthafen mit direktem Blick auf den Yachtclub. Die 5th Avenue mit ihren vielen Restaurants und Geschäften ist fussläufig erreichbar und lädt zum Flanieren ein! Das Wetter war hervorragend, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt!

Beautiful condo

The condo was perfectly located and close to all activities and beaches. It had so many supplies to make our stay an easy one. Looking out on the Gordon River is a plus. Michael was an easy accessible owner & quickly responded to any questions.
