Not Quite as Advertised
Leading the title of the property off with "Brand New" is misleading. While the property is new construction, the unit has clearly been rented many times. There is scuffs all over the walls, poor paint jobs, and other signs of extensive use. "We've thought of everything" is also a misnomer. Despite advertising that they can accommodate several adults, there was barely enough towels for our party of 7 adults. There were NO wash cloths. There also was no proper bedding for either of the pull out couches.
The kitchen was not fully equipped. No measuring cups, no plastic utensils to use with Teflon cookware. No mixing bowls. We preheated the oven to use for cooking and there was an odd odor. Turns out there was a pot of used cooking oil inside.
The front bedroom television was basically for show. The remote didn't belong to the tv and there was no streaming device.
3 out of 5 because it was a dry, clean space in a seemingly good neighborhood close to PBI airport.
If you have a lot of adults and want space, look elsehwere.
