Sitting-in- kitchen with full size fridge, Microwave, toster, vitamix and air fryer … and all the dishes to preparing simple meals.

This is a small, intimate building, so I'm looking for a quiet, friendly person coming to explore New York City, business, work or study. Must be ok to walk 3 flights of stairs.
