Welcome to Pierce Ave. — a beautifully remodeled private apartment in one of Chicago's most beloved residential neighborhoods.

The entire space is yours. No shared entrances, no shared spaces — just a thoughtfully designed home that feels right from the moment you walk in.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything for real cooking — French door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, all utensils and appliances. Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries are provided. Coffee and tea are stocked and waiting for you.

Step outside to your private back porch — fire up the charcoal grill, settle into the sitting area, and enjoy a Chicago evening in your own outdoor space.

Outside your door, you're steps from two of Chicago's most iconic outdoor destinations — the 606 Bloomingdale Trail stretching across the city's most vibrant districts, and Humboldt Park, one of Chicago's largest historic parks with lagoons, open lawns, and year-round outdoor life. Logan Square, Bucktown, Wicker Park, and Ukrainian Village are all minutes away.

Traveling with a larger group? The unit next door — Karlov Inn — is on the same floor of the same building and can be reserved together to host up to 10 guests. Message us and we'll make it seamless.

The apartment was great. Very clean and in a good location. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We were able to walk to a lovely coffee shop nearby (Tasa coffee) and easily get to Wicker Park and downtown using public transit and uber/lyft. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed for our visit. I would happily stay there again.

Great spacious unit - great light

My son and I stayed there while looking for a job and an apartment for him closer to downtown. It was a great home base. We mostly drove from this location but you could take Grand bus all the way downtown.

Sean was a very responsive host and overall his place is clean and comfortable.We could not figure out how to properly use the double shower head and the hot water takes a long time time to come on and once it does, it's a bit finnicky.The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable.The first bedroom as you enter could use a small table of some sort and more cell phone charging friendly outlets.We appreciated the generous supply of towels and toilet paper.(We were 3 adults) and we had no problem accessing the building and our door with the code provided.There were a few food stores and bus stops within a 5-10 minute walk.We also appreciated the washer/dryer combo. in the unit.It would also be good to note in the listing that this is 2 flights up stairs which was fine for us but some folks would benefit with knowing that.Overall a pleasant, clean stay was had!
