Welcome to our family's cherished 'Seeley Dollhouse'—a spacious, single-level gem in the heart of St. Ben’s that our family has called home for over 40 years!
This charming, light-filled apartment in the desirable North Center. Please note that about 6 steps are required to get into the 1st floor apartment.

Perfect for Commuters: A quick 5-7 minute walk to the Irving Park Brown Line Station offers a stress-free 20-minute ride to the Loop.

Quiet & Walkable: Located in a peaceful residential pocket, you’re just steps away from North Center’s best restaurants, cafes, and local breweries.

Spacious 3BR / 2BA Layout: A rare find for the area, featuring two full bathrooms and a formal dining room that seats 6 comfortably.

Work-Ready: High-speed Wi-Fi and a large dining table provide a perfect setup for remote work, digital nomads, or medical professionals.

Private Outdoor Living: Enjoy both front and back decks—the furnished back deck is ideal for morning coffee or unwinding after work.

Bedroom & Bathroom Layout:

Bedroom #1: Queen bed, TV, dresser and a closet.

Bedroom #2: Queen bed, TV, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a closet.

Bedroom #3: Full-sized bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, and a closet.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms are conveniently located in the common areas. The primary bathroom features a mobility-friendly, walk-in shower with a built-in bench and handheld shower head. The second bathroom features a full soaking tub and shower combo. Both are equipped with premium bidet attachments for added comfort and hygiene.

Modern Meets Classic: Enjoy high ceilings, ceiling fans, and original hardwood floors paired with modern updates.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Granite countertops and everything you need for home-cooked meals, plus complimentary coffee to start your day.

In-Unit Convenience: Full access to high-speed internet and comfortable living areas for relaxing.

Guest Safety & Peace of Mind:
We prioritize a quiet, safe environment for our guests and neighbors:

Smart Monitoring: The unit is equipped with a Minut smart sensor. This is NOT a recording device; it simply monitors noise decibels and smoke detection to ensure a quiet, respectful stay.

Simple Verification: All guests must complete a secure ID check and e-sign our standard rental agreement prior to arrival.
-The cleaning fee covers a standard turnover. If the home requires excessive cleaning beyond normal use (including but not limited to excessive trash, stains, bodily fluids, excessive dirt, moving furniture, or evidence of unapproved additional guests), the additional cleaning costs will be documented and charged through the Resolution Center.
-Minimum booking age is 18. This home is located in a quiet residential area and is not suitable for parties or events.

*Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Options:

Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM, but if you'd like to arrive earlier, we offer flexible early check-in options based on availability, starting five days before your arrival date. This allows us time to try and sell the full night first, which is always our priority.

Here are the early check-in options if available offered 5 days prior to check in:
1 Hour Early Check-In – No charge (subject to availability)
Half Day Stay (Check-In Between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM) – Half the nightly rate
Before 10:00 AM – Full nightly rate

Late Check-Out:
1 hour late – $30
Between 10 AM and 4 PM – Half the nightly rate
Later than 4 PM – Full nightly rate

Please note that we cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs on same-day turnovers.
Fees help us maintain a seamless schedule for our cleaning team and ensure the best stay experience for all guests.


PROPERTY FEE
The $89 "Property Fee" serves as an accidental damage waiver, covering up to $1500 in accidental damage. It does not cover negligence. or pet damage.**

Note: The owner lives in a separate unit on the second/third floor of the building and is available for assistance if needed.

The place was beautiful and very clean. We were close to great restaurants, bars coffee shops and shopping and we only had a little over a mile to walk to Wrigley Field. The hosts were amazing - I had excellent communication with them when I had questions ahead of the stay and they checked in on me during and after to assure we had a good stay. The beds were comfortable, they provided everything we needed and more! Special and very nice touches were coffee pods provided and beautiful dishes - perfect for a girls weekend! I highly recommend this property and we will be back!

What a charming, clean, warm and friendly place to stay. Centrally located relative to grocery stores/coffee shops, etc. All within easy walking distance. We especially appreciated the responsiveness of the host to questions we had throughout our stay and even made suggestions for a coffee at their favorite shop around the corner (which we tried and loved too). We felt at home and very cozy during our stay. In addition, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Thoughtfully well-equipped. We were pleasantly surpised it had a crockpot which we utilized upon our arrival. The home is tastefully decorated. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to our friends and family members.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home! The location couldn’t have been better—perfectly situated for enjoying everything Chicago has to offer. The house itself was incredibly comfortable, full of charm, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home. We had such a fun and relaxing weekend and would definitely stay here again!Great communication and great host
