This house has 3 full bedrooms. Back of the house will have a covered patio. 2 full baths. Walk to everything from this house. Will have ping pong table and dart board in the attached garage. Fire pit in the yard to enjoy a good conversation around the fire (guests provide the wood).

The Margaritaville Garage Hangout Space is available for an additional fee and includes:
Poker, basketball hoop, dartboard, games, kitchen, bathroom, and flexible seating options
Perfect for family gatherings or group fun (and for additional sleeping space too). Fee to use this space will be collected AFTER booking is confirmed.

NOTE: If you have a group of 16-20 people, you can rent the house next door as well. Inquire to rent BOTH houses.
