Spacious home with so many conveniences nearby! Home is described exactly as the post says. Will definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Exactly what we needed

Overall we had a great stay. The house was clean and exactly what we needed for our visit to Las Vegas. We had a few bumps when communicating with the host, but those were issues associated with the VRBO App not working properly. I would recommend the property to anyone looking for a family friendly location.

Clean, Convenient, Affordable Rental

Rental is located in a nice neighborhood that is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Inside it was clean and nicely appointed. Beds and bedding were comfortable. Kitchen had enough service for 8 persons. New appliances. It was nice to have a garage. Pool was clean. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider booking again when we are in the area. Communication with the Host was excellent.

Convenient location w/ open layout incl outdoor back patio and pool.

We enjoyed this rental. Clean..nice that one bedroom/bathroom is on first floor for those that may prefer minimal stairs. Bedrooms/ bathrooms were nice, kitchen very user-friendly. Enjoyed patio/pool lounging. Host provided all necessary information day of arrival, would've preferred a little earlier to provide to other guests. There is no hot tub, should be removed from description. Tried to use grill, propane tank was empty. All in all a positive experience though

Just OK

The house was clean and nice. The neighborhood is just so-so. VRBO has the address wrong. Did not get instructions for checking in until 2 hours before we arrived. The pool is not heated. The TV is smart, but you cannot get live TV. At least if you can get live TV there are no instructions on how to get it. So couldn't watch sports.

nice house/terrible communication/inaccurate description

The house itself is very nice and clean. It's furnished decently well, we could've used more towels for both the bathroom and the kitchen. Biggest complaint is that the address listed is INCORRECT, therefore we had a terrible time trying to locate the property and the owner was completely UNAVAILABLE. Left a phone message along with email messages regarding the fact that we couldn't find the house and never did hear back from him. The home actually has three very nice bedrooms and bathrooms even though the description says two bedrooms.
