Welcome to our charming studio located in the heart of Old San Juan! Our cozy and stylish space is perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small families who want to explore this beautiful and historic city.



The studio features one comfortable queen-sized bed, ideal for a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. If you need additional sleeping space, the living area includes a comfy couch that pulls out to become a full-sized bed, providing space for up to two extra guests. Please let us know in advance if you'll require the sofa bed.



You'll find a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, from pots and pans to utensils and dishes. Enjoy your meal at the cozy dining table or grab a quick bite at one of the many nearby restaurants.



The bathroom is clean and modern, with fresh towels and toiletries provided for your convenience.



Our studio's location is truly unbeatable, situated within walking distance of many of the city's top restaurants, sights, and attractions. Explore the colorful streets of Old San Juan, take a stroll along the waterfront, or visit one of the many museums or historic sites in the area. Please note that the wifi may not be very strong due to the structure of the building and the heavy use of limestone. We encourage you to disconnect and fully enjoy your stay in the studio. Since the building is preserved, it may occasionally get dusty from the original limestone and brick walls.



When you're ready to hit the beach, there are plenty of options just a short drive away. Whether you prefer the calm waters of a secluded cove or the excitement of a bustling beach town, there's something for everyone.

Please keep in mind that Puerto Rico is an island that sometimes experiences water and electricity outages. The vibrant atmosphere of Puerto Rico means street noise is part of the experience. If you're a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs. Additionally, while we do our best to keep critters away, the tropical weather here means they can be a bit persistent. There are seasonal bugs that are attracted to light, so we advise turning off the lights to encourage them to move away.
