Kona Pacific C-618 is a newly remodeled TOP floor condo with breathtaking ocean views.

Gorgeous Kitchen, fully redone from top to bottom.

This condo has a wonderful lanai allowing access from the Living room, the Bedroom has it's own private lanai access as well!

The owner has equipped anything you might need for your Vacation. Wifi, Beach chairs & towels, TV's in both the bedroom & Living Room!

Air Conditioning Available in the Living room & Bedroom

Overhead fans in every room, including the lanai to keep you comfortable.

An excellent option for 4, as there is a large pullout sofa in the Living Room, King Sized Bed in the Bedroom & A NEW twin sized sleeper that acts as a couch in the primary bedroom. Memory Foam Topper for this twin sized one! Essentially 3 different sleeping configurations! Incredible for a 1 bedroom!

A perfect vacation destination.

Complex has elevators, a large remarkable upgraded pool & BBQ area, and covered guest parking! Kona Pacific is one of the closest complexes to Kona town to walk to restaurants, shopping, & the beach!

The property was well kept and beautiful. We were very pleased with everything. We came to Kona to visit our daughter in kona. This worked well because we were able to spend a great deal of time with her.

I really enjoyed parking spot by elevator, pool nice & gas grill used daily! Loved location short walk to Kona! Good sized place w birds & flowers everywhere! Peaceful sounds of birds & coqui frogs!

Great homebase for adventuring in Hawaii

We stayed 6 days at this lovely and very spacious condo which allowed us to be super close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We enjoyed a 5 minute walk to have delicious, fresh acai bowls for breakfast, drinks at the waterfront hotel across the road, and plenty of shops. Within a 10-15 minute walk, you can find most everything you need and its less than 30 minutes to swveral amazing beaches. The bathrooms are outdated but the entire unit makes up for it. Definitely will try to stay again.

Portable A/C unit did not cool off other rooms. However, all other in unit was very nice and clean with other amenities not listed like beach supplies.

Perfect stay on the Big Island

The property was clean, spacious and a great location. It included beach chairs, an umbrella, mat, towels, cooler, snorkel gear and more. The location is close to everything and the parking spot was very convenient, right in front of the elevator. Water pressure was lower than I’d like but was a minor inconvenience in comparison to the benefits of this lovely unit. My husband and I had a wonderful stay. Thank you!
