Surf’s Up! Beachside home/ Riverfront Club access

Just a 4-minute walk to the beach.  Included in your stay is access to The Riverfront Club (https://theriverfrontcocoabeac...), where you can enjoy the pool, kayaks, and SUPs.  Our home offers a game room, screened-in patio, backyard oasis, and a fully loaded kitchen with multiple coffee brewing options. For your beach days, we provide towels, umbrellas, chairs, toys, and a beach wagon. We are a NO SMOKING property, inside and out.  Please note, while we are pet-friendly, all pets must be approved in advance, with a $200 pet fee per stay.  To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, we do have an age requirement of 25 or older to book, and we don’t allow parties or events of any kind. Additionally, our home is not available for groups of high school or college students planning a Spring Break getaway.



Cocoa Beach captures that classic Old Florida charm. The area blends laid-back vibes with a mix of delicious, modern dining spots in relaxed settings. You're never far from adventure, with attractions like Cape Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, and Disney (just an hour away). Whether you're into deep sea fishing, surf fishing, river fishing, kayaking, or exploring the maritime forest at Lori Wilson Park, there's plenty to do. Ron Jon Surf Shop and Cocoa Beach Pier are must-see hotspots. Grab a lesson at Ron Jon’s, rent a board, or bring your own—either way, it’s always time to ride the waves in Cocoa Beach!

Explore local attractions with ease! Ron Jon Surf Shop is just a 15-minute walk from the house, while Cocoa Beach Pier is a scenic 20–25-minute stroll along the shore. Kennedy Space Center is a quick 20-minute drive, and Cape Canaveral is only 10 minutes away by car.  Explore the City of Cocoa's downtown, a 15-20 minute drive. 

 Pet approval needed prior to booking - $200 pet fee per stay.   We have two actively recording cameras: one on the front of the house overlooking the driveway and front yard of the house and one door bell camera which records activity at the front door and sidewalk. All devices are on the exterior of the home.

We would recommend and stay here again! To start out, we had a booking issue on Vrbo (due to us) and the host was helpful and patient. We arrived to a clean, well organized and thought out home. Home care and check out instructions were thorough and helpful. The amenities provided made it feel like home. We really enjoyed the beach and the riverfront access being a short walk away as well. 10/10!

Great Experience

It's a terrific house. We stayed there with two teenage boys, who had a blast with the game room and outdoor activities. Just a short walk to the beach and waffle house. It has everything you could need and a great location.

Outstanding home minutes to the beach

My husband and I stay at VRBO Properties frequently and this is by far our absolute top pick! Not only is the location perfect walking distance to the beach but the owner's obviously put a great deal of thought into the comfort of their guests.

This place is beautiful and so comfortable. The front yard is nicely landscaped and taken care of. The backyard is good sized for pets and fenced in. My golden retriever loved having the run of the backyard area while we sat around outside to chat. It was a quick 5 min walk to the beach and the outside hoses and showers made clean up easy for people and pets. The bathrooms were clean and spacious with cute little designs. The beds are comfortable and cozy. We had four ladies and they all slept well. We liked the screened in porch for morning coffee and the big table for boardgames in the evening. The game room was a fun touch with something for everyone. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

This was our 3rd time staying here. Very clean house, tons of kitchen utensils and everything you need to cook and feel at home. Everything is labeled very well and makes it much easier to find items. They have a dehumidifier which makes it much more comfortable. They have tons of beach accessories, so you dont need to bring chairs or anything, just sunblock. The game room is always a hit, espicially the foosball and darts! Convenient to plenty of food and groceries. We enjoyed a dolphin tour with cocoa beach catamaran and would highly recommend it, very informative about the area. We also got to witness a rocket launch right from the house, so keep an eye on the schedule and you might see them in the sky!

Clean, convenient and has everything you need.

Great property. Plenty to do for all within the home. Enjoyed the game room, it’s the garage but doesn’t feel like it with the AC and all. Had all beach supplies, short easy walk to the beach too. Plenty of space to spread out. We’d stay again and recommend to anyone.

2nd time visiting

This was our 2nd time visiting this property. First time was with our 4 kids and they loved it. We decided to take a trip for our anniversary and chose to go back here due to the cleanliness and ease of getting on the beach. They now have a club across the road we could have used, unfortunately we got very burnt our first day and chose to stay out of direct sun. Make sure you wear sunblock its strong!

Wonderful! House is exactly as listed. Comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a day at the beach. Speaking of beach, literally a 5 minute or less easy walk and your on the sand. Rooms are comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. Bonus, we watched a rocket launch from the beach and the sight and sound was incredible. A must stay for beach lovers.

Clean, Quiet, and Convenient

This is a very clean home in a convenient location to restaurants, shopping, and tourist attractions. The home is in a quiet neighborhood away from traffic noise. The host is thoughtful, great with communication, and provides a notebook with any information you need about your stay. The beach is a very short walk away. This property is perfect for adults or families with kids, plenty of activities provided to keep everyone busy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Home was amazing. Very clean, fully stocked, and ridiculously close to the beach. We usually travel with our own bedding, pillows, and other comforts from home to enjoy our stay. This place had EVERYTHING and was even presented well enough for my wife to keep the beddings packed in the car. Kids loved the game room and all of the supplied beach gear was more than enough for the family. Great layout and just comfortable throughout the home. We're from nearby but this is now our preferred spot if we want to stay in Cocoa for futute staycations.

Perfect Place by the Beach

We were so impressed with this house. It is steps from the beach and has literally everything you might need for the beach including chairs, towels, toys, floats, coolers and even a wagon to pull it all in. Unfortunately, my son broke his ankle a couple of weeks before our stay so we did not go to the beach a lot. That was no problem because the house is filled with other activities. We had a great time playing pool, darts, pac man, board games, cards, sitting by the fire and more. It was also stocked with everything you would need to make your own meals. The location to shops, restaurants and entertainment is ideal. Do not hesitate to stay here. Families of all ages will enjoy everything it has to offer.

Beach stay

Overall, our stay was positive. The home is very close to the beach, and we really appreciated the larger, updated appliances, which made things like cooking and doing laundry, very easy! We also appreciated the beach gear in the garage, which we enjoyed.The things that would be important to note for future guests would be an awareness that this is a pet friendly property. While we were well aware of this, my wife still had a slight allergic reaction upon entering the home, possibly due to a pet’s presence prior to our arrival. However, we will note that the cleaners did a great job and there was no noticeable evidence of pets! Also, those traveling with small children should know that upon arrival, we had to do a little bit of baby proofing, due to some nicer, glass and other fragile decorations that were placed within reach of our toddler. Overall, a positive experience!

Great family house, excellent host!

Sherrie was an outstanding host, responded back very fast with any questions we had and addressed everything in a timely manner. The house was perfect for our family of 6, with a 1 year old and 3 year old. Plenty of fun for the older kids in the game room and the adults as well. There is tons of stuff for the beach from surfboard, boogie boards, chairs and a cart to carry it down with. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk and makes it easy to go back and forth so the little ones can take naps. House has a dehumidifier which was great as you can feel the difference in the air when its on. Kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you would need for a larger family. We stayed for Christmas and will try to make it back as we really enjoyed the property. They also have a house in the garage to clean sand of beach equipment, and a foot wash outside near the front door.

An absolute must if visiting Coco Beach

Our first impression was that the owner really went above and beyond to make sure that guests had everything they needed for their stay -not a detail was missed. This property was even better than the photos depicted. We have never stayed in home that was cleaner! The access to the beach was amazing - just a few steps down the dead-end street to get on the sandy trail that took you right to the beach - you can't get any closer than this! On top of that, the owner had everything you need to make that trek to the beach - chairs - umbrellas-toys- and a wagon to pull it there and back. All you need to bring is bathing suits and sunscreen. This was a trip with 3 of our grandkids, ages 9-12-14. The house had games galore, that kept everyone entertained when home. We spent 2 days at the Space Center which is a quick drive from the house. We were lucky enough to watch the Boeing Starliner 1st human spaceflight launch with front row seats. When we make our way back to Cocoa Beach, with our next round of grandkids, our schedule will be determined by the availability of this property. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Sherrie was an incredible host. She was very welcoming and informative. The property is in a great location with many activities and dining options very close by. Cocoa Beach Oasis

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Sherrie is the best host! The house is immaculate and you can tell right off that’s she’s taken great care, time and effort to ensure her guests have nothing short of an outstanding stay. (I’m extremely picky, and the house is spotless!) She’s supplied everything you could possibly need in a home away from home, and has even included extra touches to make it that much more special. The house sits at a perfect location to the beach; just a short, easy stroll away. It’s in close proximity to some of Cocoa Beach’s fabulous restaurants and entertainment as well. This house has everything to offer, from the game room, multiple tvs, a screened porch and outdoor area, an ample kitchen, beach items, and a fabulous game room! I would love to come again and stay longer.

There are a variety of activities in close range: Cape Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Deep Sea Fishing, Surf fishing, River Fishing, Kayaking, and the Maritime Forest at Lori Wilson Park.. Ron Jon's Surf shop and Cocoa Beach Pier are hot spots to visit. Take a lesson from Ron Jon's, rent a board, or bring your own. Surf's Up in Cocoa Beach!

Our home is one of the closest vacation rental homes to the beach. While it has an "Old Florida" look on the outside, the inside has been updated to give a comfortable, modern feel. The open floor plan makes interacting with everyone easy and fun. And speacking of fun....our game room makes our home a super family friendly place to stay. Kids and adults alike will enjoy PacMan, pool, darts, and more. It's sure to create fun memory making moments with family and friends. Two of the bedrooms open up (via sliding doors) to the back patio where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails. We have stocked our kitchen exceptionally well for even the fussiest of cooks. And, we offer a range of brewing options for coffee (because coffee is the most improtant meal of the day!) As far as beach supplies, you are set. We supply beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and a beach wagon with those marvelous balloon wheels! You'll be the envy of all the other groups on the beach.
