In the heart of Eugene lies your dream house near the University of Oregon campus. This 5-bedroom vacation home offers a delightful retreat for families, friends, and groups.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, and all the necessary appliances and utensils to whip up delicious meals. Gather around the dining table or enjoy alfresco dining on the patio.

Unwind in the inviting living room or take a dip in the private hot tub. Stay connected with the high-speed WiFi, and enjoy the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer. The 3 smart TVs provides endless entertainment options for your downtime.

Explore the vibrant campus of the University of Oregon, just an 11-minute walk away, or catch a game at the renowned Autzen Stadium, just a 13-minute walk from your doorstep. Venture to Hayward Field, a 6-minute drive away, to experience the thrill of world-class track and field events. Downtown is 5 minutes by car and there are numerous shopping and dining places within 5 min as well!

No parties, smoking or drugs of any kind. No more than 12 guests. If Screens are removed on any windows there will be a $100 fine per window!
Quiet time is 10 pm to 8 am. A noise monitor is located outside and will monitor excessive noise during quiet hours. This is a family neighborhood
The grill needs to be cleaned before check out. If it is not, my housekeeper charges $50 for an additional deep clean which will be charged to you.

Great spot for a small track team in town for a meet - easy access to kitchen, big table for all of us to eat at, and kids loved the hot tub!

Our host was very nice and helped us with any needs we had. The house was even more than we expected. We were there for a family get together. There were 11 of us and the house was very open with 5 bedrooms. It was lovely inside and out. We definitely would recommend it. Thank you Michelle

We had a very enjoyable time at The Nest. The house is well stocked and we found it very comfortable to relax in after being out for the day. Michelle is a great hostess. We would definitely stay here again.

We all really enjoyed our stay here at the Nest! Our host Michelle was very friendly and replied to my messages right away! Bedrooms and furniture are clean and updated! Located in a beautiful neighborhood! Looking forward to bringing back the family for a duck game! The house is family friendly with board games and things to do for the kids as well! Perfect House for a Group

We had a wonderful stay at The Nest. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard as well as the large living rooms to sit and visit. The location was perfect (easy to get to campus, walking distance to Autzen Stadium). Michelle was super responsive when we had questions. I recommend The Nest!

Work Trip

My coworkers and I stayed here for a work trip in Springfield/Eugene. The house was amazing, had a very homie/welcoming feel to it and the host provided us with easy and clear check in/check out instructions. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Fantastic Reunion Weekend

You honestly could not ask for a better rental! The house and location are amazing, perfect for a Eugene reunion or game day. The amenities and overall experience was 5 star all the way. Great neighborhood, great house for adults and kids. We can't wait to stay here again:)

Excellent Stay

My team and I stayed at The Nest and had a wonderful time. There were large enough gathering spaces that we could all be together, big enough rooms, and extra spaces to find a corner to work or be by yourself. Michelle was a wonderful host, very attentive, and quick to respond when we had questions. Thanks for the great time!

Came in for a football game and could not have picked a better property or location. House was beautiful with plenty of room for our group. House was pristine as well as the outdoor area. 10-15 minute walk to the stadium was a great benefit. Definitely would come back and highly recommend

Raised in the Midwest and spent 24 years calling Oregon home! Loved raising my family in Oregon and traveling and being active. I have had 2 kids graduate from U of O and have a current one there now. I decided to host in Eugene after seeing a need for more places to stay there due to the popularity of the area with university and community events. I would love to host you!

I chose the Chevy Chase neighborhood due to the proximity to the football stadium, the university, shopping and restaurants. There is quick access to the freeway. It is a quiet family oriented neighborhood that is comfortable and established. It feels like home.

The size of the home, the number of bedrooms and the unique layout are all reasons this home is right for friends, families and mixed groups. It has an ample and private back yard with a hot tub and gracious seating. The split upstairs allows for separation and privacy while still under one roof. The dining are can accommodate a large number and additional seating is in the kitchen at the bar. The large windows showcase the beauty of the lush, mature landscaping.
