Wake up, grab your coffee and enjoy the serenity of Gruene Lake Ranch's unique A-Frame community! You can either make breakfast in the spacious kitchen or treat yourself to some of the many delicious spots nearby.

Within a ten minute drive/Uber you will be floating the Guadalupe or Comal rivers, playing at Schlitterbahn, shopping and enjoying live music in downtown Gruene, or rocking out at the Whitewater Amphitheater! Head over to the stocked community ponds to fish for some bass, catfish, or bluegill. Grill dinner on the patio with your private BBQ. Later you can play corn hole, watch the sunset from the porch swing with a drink in hand or roast marshmallows over your very own fire pit.

Toiletries in all three bathrooms, bath towels, pool/river towels, makeup towels, floor fan, luggage racks, washer/dryer, detergent, iron, coffee, tea, and smores are all provided for your use and enjoyment. Located on FM-306 less than 5 miles south of Whitewater Amphitheater. And a 10 min drive to downtown New Braunfels and Gruene!

Please note that the community is still under construction (we were the first phase to close). During the weekday hours there may be workers in the community finishing up homes and the community amenities like the pool, mercantile, and outdoor music area (which are away from the home). At this time, these are not yet available which is why nightly rates have been significantly reduced. There are two exterior Ring doorbell cameras at the front door and in the back parking area.
