Condo on the River-Million Dollar View!

This luxury one bedroom, upstairs condo overlooks the award winning Riverwalk in heart of Downtown Wilmington. The master bedroom features a high end King sized bed and flat screen TV, with a washer and dryer in the closet. There is a full kitchenette with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The living area contains a comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. The balcony door opens to a view of the Cape Fear River and is perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the evening while watching the boats and people go by. You will be within walking distance of fine dining and shopping, and a short drive to our beautiful beaches. It truly is a private paradise.

**Parking is not included with this condo. However, the owner of the parking lot across the street offers our guests a discounted daily parking rate of $25/day, paid directly to the parking lot operators.***

The place was clean, kitchen stocked with all you would need, ac/heat worked great! Parking was easy per check in instructions from the host! Did not have to move my vehicle for the entire stay! Fabulous location and Amazing Views! Saved in my Favorites

The views are amazing. Room was exactly as presented. Really good shape with everything you need. Walking distance to EVERYTHING downtown on the waterfront. Standing above the boardwalk sipping coffee while watching the sun come up...come on...what more do you want.

We had a very enjoyable stay, great weather except for our last day when a nor easter decided to move up the coast. The condo was perfect for us and a little rest and relaxation.

The rooms were as noted! Very clean and perfect location. Walk almost everywhere in the city and close to many venues. Was even able to go to the US North Carolina naval ship tour using a water taxi right down the road.Contacting the owner was a 10 out of 10 and very helpful. I recommend this facility to anyone wanting to visit the Wilmington area.Truly enjoyed.

We enjoyed the location. Walked around a craft festival downtown. Ate at many restaurants. Twenty minute drive to Carolina beach. Enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching people walk on the riverfront. Gorgeous sunsets. A comfortable, clean unit.

The renter should be made aware that there is no dishwasher, also, the bed needs to be freshened up, especially the pillows and comforter. Otherwise, a comfortable space with great views and location .

Condo could use a good cleaning, parking was absolutely terrible and expensive! The view was amazing!! The owner was very easy to contact. Everything worked as it should. The noise from the businesses down stairs always stopped at an appropriate time for an adult bedtime but wouldn't recommend for kids. Very nice town, you can walk to anything you need! The restaurant 128 has amazing food!!!!

Glad you enjoyed your stay! The condo gets cleaned after every guest, but I will make sure the housekeepers pay extra attention. The parking is out of our control. The condo is located downtown and doesn't have it's own parking. The owners of the lot across the street allow our guests a discounted rate, that really helps, but free parking no longer exists, anywhere. Hope to have you back again!

Great view center of charming Wilmington

For a recent business trip, local hotel rooms were super-expensive so decided to try staying in this VRBO in the center of downtown Wilmington. Situated right on the Riverwalk, with a balcony almost sitting over the river, this was a great alternative. More space, more light, and immediate access to the places I like to go when not in working meetings.

This place is outstanding. It has an amazing view of the river and is central to so many walkable places. What a gem to own! My husband and i thoroughly enjoyed every second we were here and are already planning on coming back in the future!
