Welcome to 11 Palms, a spacious 4BR/5BA waterfront retreat on Palma Sola Bay. Enjoy over 2,500 sq ft of comfortable living space with bay views, an open layout, and a fully equipped kitchen. Large windows bring in natural light, and the living areas provide plenty of room for gathering and relaxing.

Step outside to your private heated pool (included at no extra cost), outdoor dining, lounge seating, and a peaceful yard perfect for unwinding after beach days. Manatee viewing at Portosueno Park is just a short walk away.

Inside, enjoy movie nights in the dedicated theatre room with an 85" OLED screen and full surround sound. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and a cooler are provided for easy trips to Anna Maria Island.

We stayed here with 9 adults and 3 kiddos and we all enjoyed the house. If we had any issues they were resolved quickly and they communicated very well with us. We flew in from another state and very late at night and ordered baby items to the house and they helped make sure the items ordered were brought inside safe and sound. As a mom flying with two kiddos I appreciated that so much. The property manager was also helpful if we had any issues. Overall we loved it and were so sad to leave. Definitely would rebook for the future.

Great Place

The house was very nice. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the roof deck and the resort-like feeling of the backyard. It was conveniently located with easy access to AMI, shopping and dining.

Great home away from home!

The house was great and the backyard was amazing too!We had an issue with the grill and they immediately worked on resolving it. They were very responsive throughout our stay. The home had everything you needed. We cooked every night there.Plus, Publix and Target are 4 mins away which is the best!We'd definitely stay there again :)

Amazing luxury home that was absolutely Awesome

One of the best experiences we have ever had. The house was not only gorgeous, check in was easy, the host outstanding, linens, pool amenities everything first class. Highly highly recommend. Will for sure go back again and again.

A couple of issues we would note:The pool was dirty when we arrived and was told they have a weekly cleaning appointment on Tuesdays. If your guest is set to arrive on a Sunday, the pool should be cleaned before. They did send someone to clean the pool on Monday and it was good after that.Also, the air conditioning units needed some repair and another worker had to come out on Monday also to take care of that.One last thing, we mentioned a chair in the backyard was broken and they wanted to come and see about it. We had no desire to be bothered to wait for someone to come to the house to address this while we were on vacation. All these things should have been in order once guests are scheduled to arrive, not while they are there - somewhat of an inconvenience.Otherwise, the house was clean and spacious.

Hi Danielle, thank you for your comments and I'd like to address each point so you know you've been heard. Our pool service is not done by a pool tech in house, which is standard that a separate pool company takes care of the cleanings, and we can't control their schedule. Prior to your arrival, we did have some days that there were heavy winds and likely just had debris blown in since there is no cage. However, when you did mention it, we were able to get our pool company to change days and get out there a day early for you so you could enjoy the pool, which I hope helped. The AC unit, we make sure they are working at every inspection, but cannot control if they stop working, but since it was reported the whole system has been replaced - brand new unit! Finally, the chair, I don't believe I saw any pictures of the chair and if you could please send (or resend) I would be happy to take a look and get it swapped out. Please know that we do everything in our power to make your stay comfortable and if things do happen, we address them as quickly as possible, if we are allowed to do so (as was from the pool issue and AC replacement). Also, people are human, and if there was a chair that should have been noticed prior, I apologize but we'd be happy to address it any time there is an issue. I hope you come back and see us again next time you're in the area.
