Exclusive 3-bedroom/2-bath beach cottage (on corner lot) with view of the beach & the ocean -- half-block off the Best Beach in Texas. NO seawall & no vehicles on the beach. GREAT for family vacations!!

In addition, the house has an electric Golf Cart that renters can utilize during your stay.

Completely renovated house is provided with brand-new furniture & furnishings, state-of-the-art kitchen, open floor plan, and vaulted, beadboard ceilings.

There are new TVs in every room, large capacity washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, central air, and high-speed WiFi. House a new whole-home water softener/purification system.

Large outdoor deck with pergola covers on both sides, and all-new patio furniture (adirondack chairs, glider, rocking chair, and tables).

Lighted, cemented area beneath the house with grill, picnic table, fire pit w/ chairs, and storage area with beach chairs, umbrellas, and gear for the beach.

There is a large driveway (that can accommodate 5-6 vehicles), and the entire yard is fenced-in -- which is great for the safety of kids and pets.

The house is just one block from Surfside Jetty County Park that has a new playground area, splash-pad, volleyball courts, covered picnic areas, and the BEST fishing,

House is in great location for the off-season activities:

- Treasures by the Sea (11/2): Annual event of local vendors selling holiday items

This lovely beach home was just as described. Everything was clean, comfortable and inviting. The host was helpful and friendly, but not intrusive. The location allows easy access to the beach just a short walk away. Did not even need the golf cart! The porch faces the beach which is visible and the sound of the waves was so relaxing. Loved the outdoor furniture too. We could not have been more pleased and had a great stay. Highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely beach home! The decor is beautiful and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our fresh seafood dinners. The view from the front porch was wonderful - a direct view to the waters of the gulf. The master bed was super comfy and we slept great. The included golf cart was a plus too! Spent a lot of time riding around the seawall area. Great communication from the host upon arrival as well. We will definitely be back :)

Easy access to the beach

Great communication. Quick replies to any questions. House is great and has most of the things you will need for a stay. Extras include games, cornhole, beach chairs and toys. Golf cart is a big plus to get around. Overall would highly recommend staying here.

Great Beach House

What a great beach house! The house is located in a nice area of Surfside with a great fenced yard, cute and comfortable outdoor living areas/furniture and lovely beach themed interior decor. The inside of the house looked recently updated. The AC, kitchen appliances, and washer/dryer were all very clean and worked great!We also loved the use of the golf cart which came with the rental. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this rental to friends and family!

Perfect family retreat!

This was the perfect little spot for our family to stay! We didn’t want the business of a crowded touristy town so Surfside Beach and this house were perfect for us. Steps away from the beach, this property checked all our boxes. The owner, Jack was extremely responsive to any needs we had.

Perfection!

House was exactly as pictured and described. Had everything we needed and more - beach umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, grill, outdoor shower, fully stocked kitchen, games, etc. (If you have littles, they even have sand toys.) The golf cart was a huge plus, we zipped around to restaurants, shops and grocery store. Host communicated with us the entire time. Will absolutely stay again!

Excellent Surfside Beach Home

We had a lovely stay at this property! They place was super cute and provided many amenities such as a golf cart and extra beach chairs. We had everything we needed included super close access to the beach and the jetty. Would absolutely rent this property again, great for two small families to relax.

Wonderful experience, Ocean views!

We stayed for 5 nights. Beach is less than a block away and awesome views from deck. Kitchen was nice! We loved the fenced yard for our dog. The golf cart was a HUGE bonus. Highly recommend and we would book again

Great Place!

We had an amazing 4 day stay. The home is stocked with everything you need and has a great view. We enjoyed driving around in the golf cart on the beach and around the area. The house is close to the water and locals shops/restaurants. Check-in was easy and the owner was very helpful with questions we had.

Perfect Stay, No complaints

Property was exactly as described, communication with host was excellent. Loved the beach view from the deck, beds were comfortable, smart TV's in each room was a big bonus during rain storms. Would be my first choice to stay again in Surfside.

Amazing stay!

This is an amazing rental house on Surfside! Especially if you are going with family and kids. The golf cart was a game changer. So easy to get to the drive on beach, the park, and restaurants. The house was super clean and organized. Loved all the cute beach decor. The fact that the house had a water filtration system was also a MAJOR plus. The host was so responsive and kind! If you ever need help with anything during your stay, he will answer very quickly. Thank you so much for an amazing stay! We highly recommend this property.

Annual beach week at Surfside!

We just returned from our annual family beach week at Surfside Beach and we are counting down the days till next year! We really like the quiet beach area within walking distance but the golf cart came in SO handy for when we wanted to set up a little further down the strip. All the other places I had looked at were extra fees to use their cart but the owner included his for no add’l charge! This was big for us! We make most meals at home and we had plenty of options for dishes, cookware, etc. The owner is so helpful and he really wants to make sure your stay is comfortable and you’ve settled in with everything you need!

Tearing up the beach while turning 10!

We had a blast, just a short trip this time, but amazing! Jack provides it all! Golf cart was a ++. He has great chairs for u to use at the beach, umbrellas, boogie boards in all sizes, citranella candles, TV'S IN EVERY ROOM! lots of seating in the house from the counter to the table to the couch. Beds are owe so comfy! Fire pit outside was great for hotdogs and smores. Outside view is beautiful, the beach is just across the street. Easily accessible from the road, short walk or drive on that golf cart! They eben provided a beach cruiser! Beautiful bike that makes cruising the beach a breeze! Absolutely LOVE this place and plan to stay several times over the next years.

beautiful place!

this was one of the cutest places we have stayed. the house is a perfect layout and has tons of seating. the kitchen was great, bedrooms were perfect. lots of space for our family of six. we really enjoyed everything.

The Best Birthday Weekend

Everything was great. Open line of communication with owner. Owner attention to detail with this property was amazing. I believe they provided everything you will need and the little things you may have forgotten. Location is great. The golf cart, beach chairs, umbrella and grill all made everything easy and convenient. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Family Surfside Beach Trip 2024

We absolutely LOVED the house! It had everything we needed for our stay. We liked having the golf cart to drive around town and the balcony was awesome for morning coffee and a glass of wine in the evening. We enjoyed watching the ships from the balcony also. They were so close! . . . Jack was an excellent host and was easy to contact when needed. It was our first time in Surfside and we would definitely return in the future.

Great vacation week rental

We are not frequent beach goers but everything about this place seemed just right - including an actual full gulf view from the deck (it seems a lot of the houses might have obscured views). The golf cart was a game changer (though did not have the permit to actually take on the beach) it allowed us to load up and zip around. Everything in the house was clean and in working order with nice touches like all of the streaming services, good coffee maker, outdoor shower with hot water and all the beach gear. This is not a dream house, just a perfect one!

Amazing Beach House

The property was absolutely amazing and has everything you need for your stay including corn hole, beach gear, a golf cart, chairs, and a full equipped house! The location is great. The view is great and the house is directly across the road from the pedestrian beach access- perfect for going to the beach. The interior of the home is gorgeous and updated and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. John, the host, was so amazing! He made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable and was super communicative. I couldn’t recommend this property more!
