A full kitchen with petite appliances and a cozy dining area
Washer/dryer stack, central AC and heat
A peaceful front porch—the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee
Parking for at least one car
All utilities included (WiFi, water, electric, trash)
Located just off Coleman Boulevard and only 1 mile from the famed Pitt Street, this cottage offers easy access to local shops, dining, and beaches while maintaining a sense of privacy and quiet charm.
For your convenience, cleaning service is available upon request for longer stays so you can settle in and truly feel at home.

We chose Old Mount Pleasant because it’s one of Charleston’s most charming and sought-after areas. Nestled at the top of the Old Village, it offers the perfect balance of peace and convenience. Just a mile from historic Pitt Street, you can walk or bike to coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques under the shade of ancient oak trees. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming, yet only minutes from the beach, Shem Creek, grocery stores, and downtown Charleston. Spend summer days riding bikes, strolling tree-lined streets, and soaking in the Lowcountry charm—it’s easy to fall in love here.
