Welcome to your Beach Getaway Vacation in Port Aransas, Texas!

This vibrant ground-level poolside studio brings the fun right to your doorstep! Step out onto your private patio for instant access to the sparkling pool and BBQ pits, perfect for lounging, splashing, and grilling your way through vacation. Inside, you'll find space for up to four guests, with a comfortable king bed and a sofa sleeper, making it ideal for couples, friends, or small families. A fully equipped kitchen and full bath add all the comfort and convenience you need to settle in and enjoy your stay.
And with the beach just steps away, you can easily bounce between the sandy shoreline and the lush, tropical pool area all day long.

​​​​​​​This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers a studio, 1 bathroom, with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

Clean and easy access to the beach.

My daughters and I stayed here for the weekend and it was the perfect size for us three. Plenty of clean towels, easy instructions, and easy access to the beach.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed 4 nights and had a great time. Room was cozy, AC worked great, pool was clean and property staff were friendly. Short walk to the beach and ample parking. We will definitely be back!

Great Location!

Casa Condominiums is located right next door to Cinnamon Shore North. It’s a great location to enjoy all the amenities at Cinnamon Shore at a reasonable cost. Great location on Mustang Island!

So happy to have found this place!

My husband and I “stumbled “ onto this property on VRBO and we absolutely loved it! The room was bright and clean, very comfortable, and checked off all our boxes. We love a spot with a great outdoor space with pool thats also close to the beach, and this was everything! We automatically rebooked for multiple trips throughout the summer.

Great spot, but a work in progress

Location is right in the middle of the island so either direction is only about 15 minutes away. Beach out front had tons of shells and nice sand. Quiet area. Friendly staff. Very secure, need key card access to get anywhere. Pool was not heated for us but hot tub is huge. Front door had an issue.

Cozy Remodeled Studio on The Beach

This property is a hidden gem tucked behind other condos and adjacent to Cinnamon Shores. We enjoyed the fact that it is a bit further down the beach and away from the heavy traffic/crowds, yet a quick golf cart or car ride to everywhere you want to be in Port A. The front desk staff was friendly and offered helpful suggestions. We stayed during SandFest and it was still a peaceful location to be even with those crowds. We would not hesitate to book here again.

Nice Place

Great place for a short stay as it had everything we needed and nicely updated. The only thing I thought they might add are some hooks for bathroom towels on the back of door? We just hung up our towels on the shower rod.

Property was exactly as described on the listing. Very clean and in a great location. Our trip was scheduled during hurricane season and there was an active storm in the gulf. I contacted the property manager and they responded quickly to my question and concerns. Very impressed.

Great Beach Location

No bathtub, tiny bathroom, bed was way too soft. Nowhere in shower to put soap or shampoo. Well stocked kitchen, great location adjacent to the pool and coffee bar. Hot tub not working. Staff extremely friendly and courteous. T

Port A remodeled hotel

It was okay, but I’m very picky. Location was good, but the bathroom was a hard no. It was very small and the shower had stains. The bed was not comfortable at all. It was clean but there were an abundance of fruit flies in the room.
