Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis.its right in the center. 4mins to Downtown 5 mins to hospital bus stop right at the corner. There is a stores 5 mins walking distance If you want the night life you would find 2 bars close walking distance This is my personal home, which I make available for guests when I’m away. Please note that you may see some uncooked food items and a few personal belongings stored in the cabinets. They’re neatly arranged and not for guest use. Thank you for your understanding.

The check in process went well, we arrived before check in and the host allowed us to enter. The space is very spacious and looks just like the pictures. The space also appeared to be mostly clean except for a few spots in the bathroom and in one bedroom under the bed. I would recommend host to have a deeper and detailed clean done for a more comfortable stay. Also, one bedroom has a very hard bed to sleep on unfortunately, while the other room has a more comfortable one. Overall the stay was nice with minor issues

When I arrived the house had an awful odor. Once I located where the odor was coming from, which was the bedding in one of the rooms I immediately messaged the host. I also found an old sponge in the sink, a used tooth brush under the bathroom sink and a used bar of soap in the shower. The cabinets in both bathrooms and kitchen were very un kept. It took over 40 min for the host to respond to me about additional bedding. Which by then I had already booked a hotel in town as I did not feel comfortable staying in this home with my family for the weekend. With check in at 3:00 PM and I had been up since 3:30 am for my flight all I wanted was to get a quick nap and freshen up before heading to my daughter’s game. Once the host finally replied stating there was additional bedding in the basement (which looked very unsafe to enter the stair way), I notified him that I had booked a hotel and would not be staying in the home. He menioned he could have his house keeper come back and take care of it. However, after over looking the home and finding all the other additional I kept items I decided to keep my reservation at the hotel and ask for a refund. The neighborhood is very sketchy and run down. The host also stated this is his day to day home that he then rents out to guests. I am currently in the process of trying to retain my expense of renting this home. The host will not longer communicate and I have filed a complaint with VRBO.

Very frustrating experience. The host forgot we were coming in despite multiple messages and a confirmation. So, at 11 PM, I was scrambling to find a hotel with my 75 year old disabled mother-in-law. Then, we spent 4 days in a hotel with no kitchen so spent even more money eating out.

Perfect Spot

Had a track meet in Greensboro. This spot was perfect. Awesome new appliances. Great BBQ spots everywhere.
