-- This unique lower-level private guest suite is self-contained w/a private entrance. Within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, library, ball park, convention center and within 5 minutes of WFBH
-- This same listing is on 'that other short term rental site' with ratings of 4.94 out of 5 stars.
-- Your biggest complaint may be that the birds are too loud.
-- Suite has queen-sized bed in sleeping area and fold-down sofa in living space; queen- or full-sized air mattress available upon request
-- Kitchen area includes under-counter refrigerator w/freezer, coffee maker, convection/microwave oven, induction hotplate
-- Washer/dryer is available on request in separate space shared w/property owner.
-- The apartment is in the downstairs part of the house. The host lives upstairs. The host is available when you need anything, only a msg away at any time.

Wonderful stay! Lynne is indeed a super host and is easy to communicate with. The guest suite is very spacious, clean, and welcoming. The bed was firm, which I appreciated. The fireplace in the bedroom is super cozy. The shower has great pressure and is nice and warm. There is ample closet space, dresser drawers to unpack into, and lots of hangers. There is a lot of sunlight in the morning and the location in general is really fantastic. It seems to be 7-8 minutes from everything! We really felt at home and are so grateful to have chosen this location. We will definitely try to book this location again when we are back in WSNC.

The space was exactly as portrayed, yet nicer! Comfortable and spacious. Lynne was considerate, easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. An excellent experience!

この宿泊施設の特徴

Main house is a 1920 craftsman bungalow. In this recently developed apartment, the original granite foundations are exposed in kitchen area. Has an industrial/farmhouse vibe.
It is self-contained with a separate lower level entrance that is approached via a gravel walkway and stone stairs. Entry gained w/key code provided a few days before your stay.
