Be our guest and enjoy the luxury and privacy of a one-bedroom condo fully furnished with granite kitchen and designer interiors in the coveted neighborhood of La Jolla/UTC. Within walking distance to award-winning restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Two miles from La Jolla beaches. Air-conditioned unit with private washer/dryer. Modern amenities with clubhouse, pool, spa, fitness center and tennis court. 100% non-smoking unit. Perfect for business/research professionals, visiting faculty.
The space:
100% non-smoking, impeccably clean, one-bedroom, 567 square foot condo in an upscale neighborhood, conveniently located near UCSD & La Jolla beaches, award-winning restaurants, and shopping. Sophisticated, elegant & contemporary décor.
Perfect for business and research professionals, and visiting faculty at nearby University of California, San Diego (UCSD), Scripps Institute, UCSD and Scripps medical centers, National University; and other nearby science and research centers, or professional couples seeking a short vacation or city break.
All guests must be vaccinated and show proof of vaccination upon booking and check-in. All guests must be verified with a valid government-issued photo ID and must have with a profile and photo that matches the information and photo on their valid government-issued photo ID. Reservations made on behalf of non-registered guests are not permitted.
This unit is appointed with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. A comfortable double bed (full size) in the bedroom, a daybed in the living/dining area, a full kitchen complete with cooking tools and utensils, and one full bathroom with hotel-like amenities. The unit also features an indoor washer/dryer. The unit features a 50” Amazon Fire TV as well as complimentary WIFI.
The unit is conveniently located on the ground level (first floor) and has a private, enclosed patio.

Guest access:
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, self-check in is available. If you would like to do self check-in, please inform your host(s) at least 24 hours in advance of your check-in date and a unique entry code will be provided to you upon your arrival at the unit.
Parking:
Public parking is located on the street. Public street parking is first come, first served. Public street parking is regulated by the City of San Diego. A single private, assigned, and covered parking spot in the secured and gated on-site parking garage may be reserved separately at an additional fee (private, assigned parking is not included in the reservation and booking). A separate reservation for the private assigned space must be made ahead of time prior to check in and is is subject to availability. Fee for the assigned parking space in the gated garage is $40 per day.
Mailbox:
For long-term guests who need a mailbox, we recommend guests contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) location nearest the unit to rent a personal, temporary mailbox. The nearest USPS location is within 0.8 miles from the unit.
Other things to note:
Rates are non-negotiable. Rates and discounts are as marked on the listing calendar.
We are very happy to host you in our home and provide you with a wonderful, clean place to stay during your trip. We simply ask that our home be treated with love, care and respect so that other guests may have the privilege of enjoying it as well.
Occupancy:
The maximum occupancy is two (2) persons total. All guests must be included in the booking/reservation. Extra guests beyond the maximum occupancy (2) will incur an extra guest fee of $100/night per extra guest. Pets are not permitted.
Upon Booking:
The safety and security of our guests are of the utmost important to us. Upon booking your reservation, please send your host your government-issued picture ID). Valid identification is required of all guests occupying the unit.
Please carefully review your reservation to make sure all information is correct (i.e. check-in/check-out dates, names, and correct number of guests). The unit accommodates a maximum capacity of two persons only (additional guests are not permitted).
Rates and availability of dates are subject to change and is consistently updated. Rates and dates are not guaranteed until a booking has been confirmed.
Check-In/Out:
Please kindly notify your host (at least 48 hours in advance) of your expected arrival time for check-in and departure time for check-out. Check-in is after 4:00PM. Check-out is no later than 11:00AM. Late check-out fees after 11:00AM are assessed at the full nightly rate.
Health & Safety:
For the health and safety of all guests and occupants, all guests must be vaccinated and show proof of vaccination upon booking and check-in.
For the health and safety of all of our guests we strictly enforce a 100% no-smoking policy inside the unit, patio, and outside front entry area.
For the health of all guests, we retain a 100% no pet policy. Pets of any kind are prohibited.
Strict Cancellation Policy:
Guest(s) must read and understand the cancellation policy for this listing as well as the terms and conditions. The host(s) uphold a strict cancellation policy. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance of their check-in date or decides to vacate early after check-in, the nights not spent are NOT refunded.
