ビーチに面した高層ビルの9階にあるこのコンドミニアムは、リビングルームに床から天井までの窓があり、海の素晴らしい景色を最大限に楽しめます。 パシフィックビーチの中心部に位置する便利な立地のコンドミニアムで、徒歩圏内にレストランやショップがあり、砂浜につま先を置いてわずか数分です。
モダンで広々としたコンドミニアムには、ステンレス製の電化製品、花崗岩のカウンタートップ、タイルとパーゴスタイルのフローリングが備わっています。 キッチンには、自宅で快適に料理と食事を楽しめる設備が整っています。窓からは素晴らしいオーシャンビューとペリカンが飛んでいます。
コンドミニアムは6人家族まで宿泊できます。 大きなベッドルームにはクイーンサイズのベッドが2つあり、リビングルームのソファはクイーンサイズのベッドに簡単に変換して、追加の寝室スペースを確保できます。 すべてのリネンを提供しています。
各部屋には、デジタルHDケーブル、DVDプレーヤー、高速インターネットアクセスを備えたフラットスクリーンテレビがあります。

We had a great stay, enjoyed the room very much. As far as welcoming, the gal at the front desk made it rudely very clear that she didn't answer any questions (I asked if that was the door to the key fob box), said that was not her job.At the hot tub there is a sign in clear view stating that no children, under 8, are allowed in the hot tub, there was a 3 year old in the hot tub splashing and screaming that was asked to leave, THE VERY NEXT DAY that same 3 year old was in the hot tub with her mother, and the mother was complaining to others about the child being kicked out the day before. Clearly the property needs to have more effective enforcement of their rules. That lady should have been evicted on the spot.

Mermaid Crossing is a beautiful space with stunning views of the ocean. We got to see gorgeous sunsets and dolphins every morning. The condo itself is well stocked with amenities and very clean. It's located right on the boardwalk so there are plenty of places to eat & shop. Property management was very communicative and responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Mermaid Crossing is very comfortable and relaxing while watching sunsets, surfers, kite surfers and people on the beach. The decor is beach and the location is perfect for walking, biking and access to local restaurants. The amenities are fully stocked not just minimal.

We have stayed at Capri by the Sea before, but this is the first time we have booked through Nancy’s Vacation Rentals, and the first time we stayed at Mermaid Crossing. It was a lovely experience from start to finish. We hope to come back next year.

San Diego Get Away.

We spent 4 nights there. The location was perfect.The view of the ocean from our room was beautiful.We took advantage of the beach access every day.Also took in some activities in and around San Diego Bay.The room was just as advertised. Very happy with our time there.

Our family of 4 stayed six days in this wonderful condo, and I cannot say enough how nice it is. The view is spectacular, the location is fantastic - right on the boardwalk, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc. The detail provided on everything was perfect - check in, Wifi, expectations - you name it. Response from the property company was almost immediate on the one small question/concern we had. Also, honestly one of the best "stocked" Vrbo properties we've ever stayed in. Everything you could need was provided and was high quality. 100% recommend!

Great view and location

This is a fabulous property in a great location that works well for a couple. Lots of beach to walk, restaurants to try, coffee to sample, bikes to rent, sun to soak... the sunset views were spectacular.

I am very familiar with every building in the San Diego beach area and Capri by the Sea was always my favorite one on the ocean due to the 7/24 front desk/ lobby and the nice pool and hot tub area.
