*Bedrooms - Sleeps 16-22 people between the 12 beds plus futon couch! There are 4 bedrooms each with 3 beds.
*Bedroom 1 - (Master Bedroom) 1 King, 1 Full, 1 Twin. TV. Master Bath. Large walk in closet.
*Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen, 1 Full, 1 Twin.
*Bedroom 3 - 2 Full, 1 Twin.
*Bedroom 4 - 2 Full, 1 Twin.
*Living rooms - There are 2 living rooms each with there own TV.
*Plenty of parking space in driveway for many cars plus large gated parking space with RV hookup.
*Full kitchen fully furnished with everything you need
*Laundy Room with washer/dryer/laundry soap

Other things to note
The pool is not heated. Stays warm during the summer/warmer months. If you would like it heated durning the cooler months there will be an additional charge of $100/day.
