A quiet residential location just three blocks from the beach and within walking distance of great food and drink options makes this townhome an ideal choice for a family getaway. Assigned parking right in front of the rental ensures added convenience and accessibility.

The inviting interior comes recently updated with a fresh coat of paint and all the modern home essentials you'll need for a comfortable stay. A small, private balcony offers a sunny spot to sip coffee or cocktails.

The full kitchen is equipped to easily handle home cooking, while a plush sofa and smart TV are ready to welcome casual downtime in the living room. Mounted mini-split air-conditioners are equipped throughout each room of the house. Additional perks include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Spot! Close to the Beach!

We enjoyed our stay over Memorial Day weekend. The house was clean and the bunkbed room was perfect for our kids. The beach was a close walk and we were able to enjoy what looked like a new deck off the kitchen. Would stay here again!

Weekend Getaway

The place is adorable, and spotless … nice quiet neighborhood but easy walk to the beach! Close to fun restaurants and golf. Parking was great in front of the house. Kitchen had everything I needed. The cute deck out back was a perfect ending to a busy day! Our new to go place…We will definitely be back soon!

Cleanliness and location, top notch!

The townhouse was fabulous, fully equipped with everything you need and more. We loved the location and proximity to stores and restaurants. We will definitely be booking here again.
