This resort was perfect! The views from the condo balcony were beyond spectacular. Beach was excellent for walking and getting in the water. Also the pool and hot tub give another relaxing option to enjoy the beautiful resort. Highly recommend this resort and condo for anyone looking to get away from the touristy area and less crowded resorts.

Wonderful Stay in Paradise

A beautiful property with stunning views. We were very comfortable during our entire stay, the little touches provided in the room were very nice. Great accommodations, definitely wanted a quiet retreat vs a crowded, overpriced large resort. Sugar Beach was absolutely perfect, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Absolutely perfect place to stay in paradise! Unit had everything we could want/need, and spectacular views. Walk out to a long stretch of beach, which at times we felt we had to ourselves. Could walk down the beach to a market and shaved ice. Location on Maui was central and perfect to visit other areas of the island. Pool and whirlpool were well maintained and nice to use. The real gem of the unit is because this is a corner unit you get the ocean sound in the bedroom to lull you to sleep. Would stay here again and again!

Wonderful and relaxing week!

Sugar Beach is our go-to place to stay on Maui. We've tried a couple other places, but always end up back here. We've stayed in several units over the years, but unit 414 is the best unit we've stayed in by far. Wonderfully appointed, well equipped kitchen and primo location on the 4th floor . . . and oceanfront as well. Also, best check in service and agency we've ever worked with. When we come back to Maui, we will absolutely book this unit again!!!!

Wonderful Stay!

We absolutely loved it! We were a little concerned when we saw the beat up front door, but once we entered and walked the grounds, we were VERY pleased! It’s a gorgeous corner unit overlooking a breathtaking view. We fell asleep listening to the ocean every night and had breakfast on the balcony every morning. The canoe teams are out there every morning and I even swam in the heated pool at night. The location was central to everything although we found ourselves driving to Lanai or Makena for the clear water snorkeling. Sugar Beach is nice for a stroll and the grounds were clean and superb. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone and would definitely return to Sugar Beach!

Nice play.

This was a nice place to stay on Maui. It is right on the beach and had a beautiful panoramic view. The beach itself turned out to be underrated. If you swim out just a 100 yards or there is a really spectacular coral reef with lots of tropical fish. The condo could use remodeling but is clean and well maintained. The building is centrally located in the middle west coast. There are a lots of good restaurants within 10 or 15 minutes and several good grocery stores. We would go to this place again.

Looking forward to staying again!

Fantastic ocean/ beach view. Condo was clean, quiet (other than the awesome ocean sounds :) and comfortable. Resort had great pool and hot tub facilities. Convenient location in terms of accessing anything on the island. Would return in a heartbeat.

My time at sugar beach

Location, view and beach walking was great. Fourth floor overlooking beach is outstanding. The minor problem is the noise level with the AC installed in the room and clothes washing and drying it is difficult to hear conversation or the TV. This an outstanding location wonderful condo.

Wonderful stay

Loved the condo. Good for long walks on the beach, and sitting on the lanai drinking coffee while watching and listening to the ocean. Quite complex on the north edge of Kihei. The location was convenient for getting to all the sites on the island.

Perfect 1 bedroom oceanfront condo!

We stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved the unit and entire condo complex! The unit is on the fourth floor and the view from the lanai cannot be beat. When we arrived we were greeted by the property manager who let us in to the unit and showed us around. The condo had everything we needed from beach chairs, coolors, beach towels, a washer & dryer, & a kitchen stocked with lots of appliances and utensils (even kebab skewers & a blender for making our own pina coladas!). Everything was super clean and renovated. The complex has a nice pool, hot tub, grills, and office with staff to help you book excursions. There's also a sandwich place and a few other random stores. We really loved staying in Kihei since it's centrally located on the island, and the condo is right on sugar beach which is really private & secluded. Down the street there is a delicious bakery, farmer's market (pineapples, yum), and Ululanis (definitely try the shave ice). There are also plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within a few miles (coconuts fish cafe has great fish tacos). It's also really close to the harbor where tours take off for snorkeling at Molokini Crater & Turtle Town. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and were so sad to leave!
