The place was great. It had everything we needed for our short stay. Easy walk to the 33rd street beach. It was onla few minute drive to the boardwalk and also had a jitney stop right on the corner. The hosts were available for any questions we had. We would absolutly stay here again.

great pet friendly location and host extremely responsive. comfortable for a weekend stay...but must bring own beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels! Beach tags provided...broken hinge on kitchen corner cabinet noted in previous review is still broken....would work best for a party of 4, although did not try the sofa bed in LR...loft upstains with two twin beds has low ceiling-adult cannot stand up...Bedrooms very comfortable.

Clean cozy spot 2 blocks from beach

First experience with Vrbo made easy. Check in was quick. Place was clean with beds made and shower towels available. Loft was fun spot for our boys (9 and 12) to relax and sleep. Fans in all rooms helped keep it cool during very hot days and flexibility to book for less than a week vs other sites and properties was a plus.

Great weekend!

My friends and I came down for our prom weekend and we loved this place! The house was in a great location, and had everything we needed! Roy always answered me in short amounts of time, and was very informative. I definitely would stay here again!

The owner was responsive and friendly. The place worked just fine for us but it’s a bit worn and has its little issues. Nice air conditioning and bed was comfortable, cute decor. location. Needs more mirrors, window coverings and possibly drawers in bedrooms but mostly things were fine. - 3.5

Great Location

The location of the property is fantastic, so close to the beach. The house is small, but price reflects that well. House was clean and didn't smell like animals at all. My only issues is there are no blinds on the windows in the main room, didn't like that at night or the morning if someone is sleeping on the couch. Also I would trim the bushes on the walkway, because you are pushed towards the trash.. Communication with property management is very responsive. Overall would recommend this property.

Beautiful spot near the beach!

House was clean and exactly as described! Went for a girls weekends for our daughter’s 16th bday! Owner was great with communication especially since there were some issues with the VRBO emails. Excellent time and a few steps from ice cream and the beach!

Close to beach and cute decor

Property was very close to beach! Some minor maintenance items like the towel hook by sink about to fall off wall. And the corner cabinet in kitchen hinge was broken. Also, the ceiling fans in bedrooms were synced the same with the remotes. Beds were ok, back bedroom window rattled and could hear a dog barking outside through night. Would stay again due to the closeness to beach and cute property!

The apartment itself was very clean and fresh, well decorated and aesthetically pleasing. A huge bonus is the linens that were provided- a huge treat to have luxury linens and towels provided as well as trash bags, detergent, soaps, shampoos, paper towels and such (especially for Ocean City when most of the time you must bring your own). This was perfect for a 2 night stay for my family with 2 kids. It was about 1 block to the beach and in a quiet section. The two main reasons we wouldn't re-book is the one bedroom is a loft situation that requires climbing up a pretty steep ladder- which was fine for my 8 and 12 year old but not if your an adult trying to climb up and down to use the bathroom in the middle of the night...it was fine for 2 nights but a stretch for sure as that was the room no one wanted. The other drawback was the teeny tiny bathroom- unless you are a very small person you will be using the toilet with your feet in the shower and it is very hard to get in and out as the door comes directly to the sink when entering the bathroom- I hit my knees more then a few time knocking into the vanity. The bathroom itself is super clean and fresh and well decorated but not ideal for more then 1 very small human. It's not a deal breaker for a 1-2 nighter but not sustainable for more then that. Otherwise, the owner was very nice and responsive. No evidence of any pets there or smells or hair- would never know an animal has been there. Such a cute property though!
