The Space
Our loft sits on the top floor of a historic brick building just off of Belmont University's campus. There is 1 bed in the bedroom and a dresser - a perfect vacation spot for two! We also provide an additional portable closet. The kitchen (no dishwasher) is stocked with your basic kitchenware. Laundry is on-site and free.

The complex is aging but we've taken measures to make the place feel like home. The space is simple yet functional and serves as a great home base to explore all things Nashville. Whether you're visiting students or just looking to have a good time, this place is it!

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire unit, the shared basement laundry room, and the shared guest storage. There is plenty of street parking if needed.

→ Rates – As you search for a place to stay in Nashville, whether a hotel or vacation rental, you'll notice that rates are steep. → The complex – the studio complex is old. It was built in the 1950s and its age is starting to show. While we've taken measures to improve our condo, keep this in mind when booking. You won't be arriving at a fancy condo complex; it's a modest 4-story building sitting amidst the historic Belmont Blvd.

→ Please also note before booking – while we have our quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am, there may be potential for noise as the complex is located in an urban area and you will have tenants beside and above you. Please be aware of this detail to make sure this condo is the right fit for you!

Travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper.

This property sits on the 4th floor of a newly built (2017) condo building in the Melrose/8th Ave neighborhood. It's hip decor along with amenities such as a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and private balcony make for the perfect home away from home. Walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores.

The Space
Four people fit perfectly in the unit. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master has a king size bed with attached bathroom (shower stall only). The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and walk out balcony. The second bathroom stands alone with a tub shower combo. Each bedroom offers remote controlled blinds. There is a laundry room inside the unit with a washer and dryer. The full kitchen comes with stainless steal appliances, an electric stove, ice maker, and dishwasher. The tall windows of this corner unit make for excellent lighting in the living room. Sit back and relax as you gaze upon downtown Nashville - the unit is close enough to enjoy the allure of Honky Tonk Row, and just far enough to unwind in a quiet space.

Guest Access
You'll have access to the entire unit. Keys will be provided for the unit. You will receive a code before check in via email for the lock box to enter the building and to access the unit.

→ The condo is located in Berry Hill, a mini city in the midst of Nashville - no short term permit is required.

The Neighborhood
The condo is located in the Melrose/8th Ave area. The street has been increasingly rising as one of Nashville's hot spots but hasn't yet been overtaken by the crowds you'll find on Honky Tonk Row (Broadway). There are a number of tasty local restaurants and a few fun bars nearby such as Cilantro, M.L. Rose, Sinema, The Sutler, The Smiling Elephant, 8th and Roast, Craft Brewed, Melrose Billiards, and more. A great local music venue, the Basement, is up the street as well about a mile away.

Honky Tonk Row is about 3 miles away. It's typically a 10 minute or less Lyft ride to downtown or if you're up for it, an extended walk (guests tell us about 40 min).

The condo is also close to 12South, a well known neighborhood with shopping, restaurants, and bars. It's about a 25 min walk or 5 min Lyft ride from the unit.

Belmont University, Vanderbilt University, East Nashville, West End, Green Hills...all are less than 15 minutes away! The studios are truly in a centered location to all things Nashville.

Getting Around
ON FOOT
There are great local eateries, cafes, and bars nearby worth exploring within a 5-minute walk just North or South of the condo on 8th ave. Please keep in mind that currently there is a new building being constructed next door to this building so there are limited sidewalks to use at this time.

RIDESHARE
There are rideshares all over the city from Uber, Lyft, and even Earth Rides (Tesla cars only). They are easy to call anytime day or night. Pro traveler tip: download all apps to your phone so you can compare prices and get the cheapest option!

TAXIS
See the ride share option above, taxis are available however few and far between and can be quite pricey in Nashville. There are so many taxi companies that we really cannot recommend any one over another, and we encourage you to investigate rates and reviews to find one that suits your needs.

MTA BUSES
The MTA (Metro Transit Authority) Buses run all over Metro Nashville and even some surrounding counties. Very reasonable fares and the wide range of routes make the bus a cheap and easily navigable choice for visitors. The closest route to the studios will be #8.

NASHVILLE B-CYCLE
Nashville's bicycle sharing program has been a huge success with locals and tourists. Simply walk up to any Nashville B-Cycle station, swipe your credit card and pick out your red bike! The closest B-Cycle station to the will be in 12South.

The Neighborhood
The condo is located just around the corner from Belmont University and just down the street from both Vanderbilt University and Lipscomb University. It is just a block away from Curb Event Center, Bongo Java, PM, Chagos, and The Blvd. If you walk a couple of blocks towards 12th ave you will be in 12South. There you will find great restaurants, coffee houses, and bars such as The 12South Tap Room, Edley's Bar-B-Que, Burger-Up, Frothy Monkey, Portland Brew, Mafiozas, and Urban Grub. Honky Tonk Row is 3 miles away.

Getting Around
ON FOOT Belmont is just around the corner and Vandy is about a mile away. The closest grocery is only a 7-minute walk away and Hillsboro Village is only a 10-minute walk away!
