Bluebird is Nashville done differently. This first-floor 1920s historic condo — a few hundred feet from Belmont University, half a mile from 12 South, and under a mile from Vanderbilt — is the kind of place that fits travel nurses, remote workers, music industry folks, and anyone who wants to actually live in Nashville for a week or a month rather than just visit it.

One bedroom with a king bed, plus a king sleeper sofa in the living area, means Bluebird comfortably sleeps 4 without feeling crowded. We absolutely loved the location of your property! It was very spacious and had everything we could possibly need. Suggestion .. stairs need a handrail & it could use better lighting on the porch. Overall visit was wonderful and we plan to stay again.

Lovely place in a quiet walkable neighborhood

We were in Nashville to see friends and this was a perfect place to stop and recharge between weekend outings. It’s plenty spacious for a couple and has a well appointed kitchen and bathroom and a comfy bed. Plenty of soft towels and comfy bedding. The communication was clear and excellent.

Perfect for two adults!

Place was clean, had a comfy bed, loved the coffee amenities, and the location was convenient for our daughter’s graduation from Vandy. Our 22 year old son was able to join us at the last minute, so he slept on the pull out couch. Having to walk through his sleeping area to use the restroom during the night was not ideal, and the closure to the bedroom doesn’t allow for total privacy. We would stay here again if it were just the two of us. Communication was great as well!

This place is Awesome! All the little extras such as toiletries, I pad, extra power strips to plug stuff in, and Alexa for music was a welcomed. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was easy. The was clean and well stocked with everything we could need. I would give 6 stars if I could! Will most definitely recommend!

Lovely place in quiet neighborhood

This place was perfect for our needs. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Close to Belmont University and its young energy. Close to downtown Nashville to easily take in all the sites. The place was clean, comfortable, decorated very cute and had lots of extra bonuses - the Alexa was our favorite. We also loved being able to use the private entrance. The only draw back was the street parking. We had no trouble finding a spot. Just be sure to park as close to the curb as you can and tuck in your driver's side mirror.

We booked last minute for a weekend with our teenage girls. We had tickets to the Ryman Auditorium for a concert but wanted to be far from the wild nights of Broadway. The apartment on Belmont Campus was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed and the amenities in the bathroom were generous as well. It was clean cute and comfortable. I really didn’t want to leave! The shopping at 12 south was a fun way to spend an afternoon and then 21st Avenue was close for good eats and adventure too. We went downtown during the day and explored the city. We will be back.

Wir haben das zweite Mal die Wohnung für 14 Tage gemietet. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. In der Küche gibt es verschiedene Gewürze und genügend Küchenutensilien, um sich auch selbst zu versorgen. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir den Überraschungskorb als Geschenk an uns. Vielen Dank!
