気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
This property was booked months in advance for a very special occasion, my daughter’s wedding. It was intended as a relaxing place for her and our family (who traveled thousands of miles) to gather before and throughout the wedding weekend. Unfortunately, due to the unlivable and unsafe conditions of the property, we were unable to stay and had to vacate on the first day.This experience not only disrupted wedding plans but also resulted in significant unexpected costs, distress, and an early end to our trip, as securing last-minute housing for our entire family proved difficult. Given the severity of the issues, a full refund of this reservation was requested. Despite multiple follow-up calls with VRBO and communication with the host, the matter remains unresolved.Health & Safety Concerns:-Overall lack of cleanliness (dust, dirt, and grime throughout)-Dirty dishes in cupboards and dishwasher-Stained, filthy and broken furniture, dirty walls, and stains all over carpets-Hazardous broken mirrors inside and broken glass near entrance of the property-Food left in refrigerator/freezer-Light fixtures filled with bugs; spiders and webs throughout home-Strong odor, potential mold or gas near entry of the home; air conditioning units dirty and appearance of mold-Electrical hazards (extension cords powering appliances, switch cover taped with masking tape at kitchen sink)-Bathrooms and showers in unsanitary condition (unsafe for use)-Multiple wasp nests around the home
