It was a great location and blocked from the wind as we had a high winds during our stay. The side view was perfect to enjoy the balcony still. The luggage lift is amazing to bring items up. The actual condo is a bit dated, and the lock on the sliding door to the balcony no longer works as it’s rusted. This caused a bit of nerves having small kids they do have a blocking rod but a lock and rod would ease my anxiety. Anna who helps to manage the property was spectacular as she just happened to pull in as we did and I asked her a question. She was so nice and gave us great information. Overall the condo was a perfect location and so relaxing and easy going.

Beach view with easy access to beach. No elevator on property but has working luggage lift which was a lifesaver as we were on the 3rd floor. Easy check in/check out. Host very responsive.
Beautiful double rainbow when we first arrived! This view is from the rear patio.

Great location, it is a third floor walk up and grill is a shared property grill. Property could use some TLC sliding doors are very hard to open and close. Main bathroom toilet is loose and gross looking. View is amazing and totally worth it.

Just what we expected

This condo was exactly as advertised. No surprises. We chose it because the balcony faces a more southerly direction. It has sunlight most of the day and blocks colder winds coming from the north. That is important for a Fall stay. Still had a great view and we enjoyed our time in Nags Head.

301 condo on the beach

Location was great. It was a bit "old" and musty, dehumidifier helped a lot. A/C was good too. No key access to either pool. If we didn't put the tub drains down, when not in use, the bugs and even slugs would be in the tubs. The best part was the beach and the access to it from our room. The weather had us going home a day early.

Beautiful beach condo

Great property right on the beach, close to everything you'd need. The condo was clean. Make sure to bring your own beach towels and chairs, there are not any for use in the condo.

Outer Banks Stay

Location excellent. View terrific. Proximity to markets and restaurants excellent. I realize we were probably the first guests of the season in late March but there was no soap, paper towels, coffee filters or even salt and pepper. If we had guests for our whole stay we would have run out of toilet paper. Needless to say we left the aforementioned for the next guests.

The perfect place for a couples’ beach getaway

Our stay at Pier View condo was absolutely lovely! The property was exactly as advertised in the photos and was clean, bright, and cozy. Our host, Stephen, was communicative and very responsive. This unit is on the third floor, and while there is no pedestrian elevator, there is a luggage lift right by the stairs to take your heavy items up so you don't have to struggle with carrying your things up and down the steps. It fit multiple carry-on bags at a time, and even fit our big Columbia cooler comfortably. The bed was comfortable and we really enjoyed the balcony access that is shared between both the master bedroom and the living room for a nice ocean view. Water pressure in the shower was good, with massage jets in the tub of the master bath. The balcony faces south, so you can see a long span of shoreline all the way down to the Outer Banks Fishing Pier. A great place to enjoy coffee at sunrise. The kitchen has lots of storage and useful appliances/cutlery. Our host left us one complimentary laundry and dishwasher pod to use, as well as standard dish soap, sponge, and some kitchen towels. The condo is just steps from direct beach access. We loved being very short walking distance from Cahoon's market, where we could get groceries and sandwiches for our days spent on the beach, and walk to Sam & Omie's for dinner in the evenings. We loved everything about this condo and had a fantastic time. Thanks, Stephen!

The condo was exactly as promised. The location was perfect for the two of us. The lift was a nice addition to not make us lug all of our gear up 3 flights of steps. We spent a lot of time on the spacious balcony. We look forward to coming again and would recommend the condo if anyone is considering staying!

we enjoyed the stay, the view was wonderful i think it needs to have a bridge from the middle building to each side level... yes we used the lift for our luggage but it was still hard for me to climb up the steps... I have a bad back and legs.. next time I would stay more ocean-front with the elevator

Nice Overall Condo

Condo was great, plenty of room and great balcony will with good views. Beds had thin mattress pad but still need replaced, very uncomfortable and took turns sleeping on couch. Not enough towels, kitchen or bathrooms. Condo was mostly clean but a few unwanted items left from previous guest.
