This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit features a fully equipped kitchen, screened in porch, cable TV in the living room and all bedrooms, wifi, coffee pot, Keurig, blender, iron & ironing board, 2 hairdryers, toaster, full size washer/dryer, and more! The master bedroom has 1 King bed with access to the screened in porch and the second bedroom has 2 Queen beds. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Rental of this unit also includes use of a Huntington Beach State Park pass and you are minutes away from shopping, dining and Pawleys Island Beach! Nothing fancy. It is a basic place to stay. Our biggest complaint would be that the furniture lacks a lot to be desired and is not comfortable to sit on at all when you return for the evening to relax. Beds were okay but be cautious of the center support leg in the center outer edge of the beds. I think every family member stubbed their toes on those at some point during the stay.Otherwise I guess we had everything we needed.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for my stay in Pawley's Island. The location was quiet, the space was clean and comfortable, and good as a work location. The kitchen was well stocked and made preparing meals easy.
