This was a great townhouse, clean, pool was excellent and the owners are great to deal with. Definitely will be renting here again.

Disney Stay

We had a great stay here! It was spacious for my family. The heated pool at the clubhouse was a bonus for our family on our rest days. Being close to Disneyworld, stores and restaurants was a plus!We would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation Townhouse and Resort

The townhouse was in a great location, clean and the pool was excellent. My family had a wonderful vacation. Any correspondence with the owners was great and courteous. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Comfortable stay with excellent service

Enjoyed this property. Nice layout and nice furnishings, heated pool was good and fairly private being and end unit. Property mgmt helped us with a special request which was much appreciated. We would stay again.

NYC and FL good times

We had 6 adults and 2 children, two adults were visiting from NYC. The place was perfect for having family be together and we got to enjoy the amenities the complex had to offer. I would stay again.

Amazing house and resort

Perfect location and a beautiful home! The pool was great and the house very clean. Loved the clubhouse and how close the resort was to many different restaurants. We spent 3 amazing weeks here as a family -would come again! Thank you :)

Loved our stay

Lovely home in a great location. Very close to the Disney resorts, shopping, dining. Home was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Loved having the outdoor lanai for our morning breakfast. Rhona was wonderful to deal with - very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

Spring break

Condo was just what we needed for 8 of us. They were very accommodating with our needs. Private pool was nice, had most of things needed for bigger family. Needs a little undateing, but over all we were pleased with our stay. Feel secure, and close to Disney.

Nice, large home with great location to Disney

This property was very convenient to the Disney parks and had plenty of rooms and beds for our group of 7. We were pleasantly surprised to find various sizes of strollers and used one to take with us to the parks each day. There were plenty of towels for us to use and the fully stocked kitchen and a close by Publix allowed us to make breakfast at the property each morning. I would stay at this property again.

Perfect for Us!

This condo exceeded our expectations! My granddaughters absolutely LOVED the private backyard pool. They swam almost every day. Everyone had their own bedroom with a TV so we had our privacy. Location worked well. Would rent again!

Fantastic vacation..perfect location

Very spacious, clean, comfortable townhouse, in a perfect location, both in the resort and Kissimmee. Our few weeks here in February couldn’t have been better. We felt like it was home away from home, and enjoyed the clean maintained pool/lanai daily (which we did have heated). Very close to many restaurants, stores for groceries, and so many places to explore, (other than the parks), not too far away. Rhona was wonderful to work with, and got back to us promptly with answers to our questions. Encantada resort itself was very clean and quiet during our stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again

There is mold IN ALL ROOMS AROUND ALL VENTS AROUND ALL WINDOWS THE AIR CONDITIONER IN THIS UNIT NEEDS THE DUCTS CLEANED OUT AND TREATED DO NOT EXPOSE YOUR FAMILY TO MOLD.........

Hi Heather, Im so sorry you feel this way. Your complaint regarding the AC filter was dealt with immediately and as explained, previous guests had shut off the system during their stay causing the problems. Rest assured to future guests, the AC was given a full service (in addition to our bi annual services) on your check out and no traces of mold were found in the ducts.

Disney 2019

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a very easy commute to the Disney Parks. We were able to come back to the unit for a mid day break which was awesome. The area has lots of restaurants and shops within minutes of the town home. Rhona was terrific to work with as was her property manager, Lisa. We had a minor glitch during our stay that her property manager was quick to respond to. We did have an issue with the master bedroom mattress being way too soft for us. We used the downstairs bedroom instead which was a much smaller bed but we adapted. I would also recommend that the pictures on the home's page get updated. Some of the furniture has been updated. The outside pool was a pretty good size. 6 of us were able to swim at the same time with plenty of room. It was great to use after the parks. It was a nice quiet setting with lots of privacy. Our family enjoyed it. We only went to the main clubhouse pool once and that was nice as well. A little on the small side but not crowded and there was no problem getting a lounge chair. Overall it was a very nice stay and a good value.

Beautiful home close to all the parks

We really enjoyed this home. We spent a week at the Disney and Universal parks and we were able to get everywhere we needed within about 20-25 minutes. There is also a ton to do, shopping, dining…. Within 5 minutes of the house. Thank you again

Perfect location

The condo was beautiful and so close to the clubhouse area for the pool and strolls around the little lake. Had a fabulous time…and while we didn’t do any of the parks, we went to Disney Springs and Celebration and ithey were easy to get to.

The location was great and the house was very spacious only thing we did not like was the exterior door was not working, the pool guy showed up twice into our pool unexpected that we did not like and the place could've much cleaner in the kitchen area but it was still a great place to stay owner was very nice

In our email correspondence we ask to be informed within 24hours of arrival about any issues you have and then we can resolve them immediately. Convenient Location

This condo community is very conveniently located right off 192 near Margaritaville. It has a little wear and tear but no more than a typical Orlando rental. Encantada is a neat community with a great common area, pool and walking trail. The unit could have been a little cleaner in the shower areas, but it was not in bad shape by any means. The kids enjoyed the pool area immensely. Not perfect but a great spot for families and a GREAT value for the price.
