1階には、3台の車両用の屋根付き駐車場のあるカーポートがあります。ガスグリル、洗濯機と乾燥機、冷たい飲み物用の冷蔵庫、追加の冷蔵倉庫、製氷機。
2階には2つのベッドルームがあります。1つはクイーンサイズのベッド、もう1つはキングサイズのベッドです。 両方のベッドルームには専用のフルバスがあり、キングルームにはプールと湾の両方を望むスクリーン付きデッキがあります。

3階には2つのベッドルームがあり、1つにはフルサイズのベッドの上に寝台があり、フルサイズのタンドルがあり、最大5人の子供が眠ることができます。 他のベッドルームには別のキングサイズのベッドがあります。 繰り返しますが、両方���ベッドルームには専用のフルバスがあり、キングルームにはプールと湾の景色を望むスクリーン付きデッキがあります。

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was very clean, and the kitchen was exceptionally organized and well equipped. If I did have a question for the host, I always received an answer in a very timely manner. We had a range of ages from 6 to 67 and everyone enjoyed the stay. We enjoyed bike riding to the bay, swimming in the pool, and fishing in the ocean. We hope to visit her again!

The house was great for our family. Our only complaint was that the pool was closed for repairs which apparently have been going on for seven months now according to residents we met there. We were disappointed this wasn't communicated to us before we arrived since this was a key reason for renting at this location. It felt dishonest to have this listed as an amenity, knowing it was out of order, and it would have been nice to have this information ahead of time.

The pool was definitely an ongoing issue that was only being updated weekly (and it was always promised to be open soon.) After Dune Delight had it all - close proximity to the beach, a pool, and plenty of room for our large family. The kitchen was VERY well stocked for cooking for a large crowd. And the 2nd fridge in the laundry area was a huge plus, as well. It was also our first time working with the property manager (Coastal Joe)- everyone we spoke with was extremely helpful, prompt, and professional. We are already planning our next trip!

Loved the utility room with washer/dryer. Beach was beautiful. The only suggestion is a second router is needed for wifi to reach to all bedrooms. It was spotty on the 2nd floor and it also went off quite a few times and we had to restart it.

Total disappointment

I understand that this place lost a lot when Hurricane Michael made landfall but we were moved twice and then we wanted a 4 bedroom and ended up with a 3 bedroom, the shower downstairs was taped in two different spots, there was a bunch of stairs going up to the house of which my mother fell and bruised her lower leg terribly, thank goodness it wasn’t broke, the yard was knee high, all the other yards was mowed. I also feel the other two places we were suppose to be put in was closer to the ocean, this house was not so close. One of the beds downstairs was like sleeping on a pile of rocks also. I just feel they could have worked with us more. Coastal joe also called us 2 weeks before arrival and said we are moving you to the 3 bedroom or we can refund your money. Where could we could with a 2 week notice? I just think this situation could of been handled better.

It looks like this review was posted to the wrong listing. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of having to relocate your group due to hurricane damage at Fish in a Tree. This was the first major hurricane our company has gone through so it is a learning experience for both us and the homeowners. Had the owner known his home would not be ready sooner, we would have definitely contacted you then as we know the inventory on CSB this year is not 100% due to so many homes being damaged. The home that was offered to you transferred to our rental program right after Michael, and we are now aware of items that need to be addressed. The yard has been set up with regular lawn care, and we will ask the owner about the mattresses. I do hope that you will give us another chance when we're back up and running at full capacity.

Getaway for 4 couples

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, all 4 couples, staying in After Dune Delight. Each couple had their own room and private bath, which was perfect. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. However, the scatter rugs and bedspreads needed a good cleaning!! The decor was lovely but we really needed 2 extra chairs at the dining table. It seems strange that a unit for 11people would only have 6 chairs at the main table, but there were bar stools at the counter so we just used them . And while the unit had an elevator, which we very much appreciated since it was 4 stories, it was not only faulty (the 4th floor outer door needs to be SLAMMED shut for it to engage) but also inconvenient that it opened into private bedrooms instead of in a hallway. We made the best of it and got our daily steps in lol. The downstairs fridge/freezer was wonderful since we were able to fill our cooler there and take to beach. Unfortunately, there isn’t a ramp to the beach, only stairs, which made hauling the buggy rather difficult. Thankfully, we had enough strong me to carry them down to the beach.

It is Great location and accommodates our family perfectly. We actually requested this property for our trip due to the good experience on our first trip. Coastal Joe is very helpful and easy to work with. The rental process is great and they are always willing to help and answer any questions. Great Location and Place

Great vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a family reunion there and rented 2 units. It had everything we needed. Will definitely go back again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time on Cape San Blas. The beach was perfect for our grandchildren. After Dune Delight was the perfect home away from home. The townhouse was clean and the kitchen was stocked perfectly for our family of 11. We will definitely be back.
