This townhome features 3 bedrooms that includes a master bedroom with a King bed on the first floor, 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, jack n Jill bathroom for the 3rd bedroom that includes a queen bed and 2 twin beds. In the main living floor you will find 2 comfortable couches. The fully stocked kitchen will have each cabinet and drawer labeled so you know what is in them. Step out to the screened in porch, where you can spend sometime reading or watching the sunrise. The backyard that is shared with the other townhomes. Kids will enjoy a game of wiffle ball or soccer in the evening. The sunsets on the front porch so you can enjoy a nice dinner on the deck.
Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please send a message. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog.
The maximum occupancy is 8 adults and children under the age of 6 are not considered occupants.
Per local ordinance occupants must utilize parking onsite at the property prior to any street parking available to them.
