This home offers a first floor bedroom with private bath. The Bear Trap Dunes community is filled with excellent amenities that guests can use by purchasing amenity passes. These amenities include outdoor and indoor pools, hot tub, sauna, indoor showers adjacent to pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, ping pong, and a well-appointed fitness center. Also available is an onsite restaurant, The Den, and 2 playgrounds. Rounds of golf may be purchased through the Bear Trap Dunes Pro Shop (driving range and putting greens also available). To access amenities renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass.

The home has the primary bedroom suite on the first floor with a queen bed and TV. The bathroom for this suite has dual vanity sinks, a shower, and water closet. The open concept living room is spacious with two comfortable sofas, and a TV. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. It also comes with a slow drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, and stand-mixer. The dining area comfortable sleeps 6 and the outdoor area has a screened in section, and open deck with seating in both areas plus a gas grill for guests to use.

Upstairs you have the second bedroom with a queen bed, the third bedroom with a queen bed and pyramid bunk, full on bottom and twin on top. These two bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Additionally, the garage can hold a small car, along with an additional car in the driveway. Street parking is available as well.

Sheet sets and towel sets will be delivered to your rental prior to your arrival. Guests are responsible for putting linens on the beds as well as removing linens and placing them in the provided linens bags at the end of the reservation. A Starter Kit is provided with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, a 3oz bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, and a 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.
