Summary:

Welcome to your beachside paradise!



This cozy newly renovated condo is located one row off the beach, giving you the perfect balance of being close to the action without being right in the thick of it. The unit has one bedroom, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. It also has a large balcony in the front with stunning views of the ocean and a private deck off the back with a stunning view of the inlet.



The Space:

Location: The condo is located in the North End of Carolina Beach, just steps from the sand and surf.



Beds: Queen bed in the master bedroom and a Full pullout bed in the living area.



Amenities: All linens are provided for your stay. You can simply unpack and unwind immediately! The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, pool on premises (open seasonally) and a washer and dryer.

Guests will have access to the entire condo.



Other Things to Note:

We have one parking space available to you. You will have to obtain the parking pass when you arrive and place it in your vehicle immediately. Towing is enforced.



Pets are allowed but we kindly request that they do not get on the couch or bed.



We maintain the highest standards of cleaning but anyone with animal allergies please be aware as we are pet friendly.

The description of the property was spot on! The last time a property had an ocean view we had to lean over a railing and look over a building… this was beautiful!! We throughly enjoyed the location near the state park as it was a little off the main drag. This was exactly what we wanted. The condo was very clean .

Beach Bums

Our stay here was exactly what I was hoping for! Adorable space with gorgeous views and the area was so dog friendly! There were a few times I had to message the owner with questions and she was always quick to respond and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family came to explore the beach and loved that we could sit on the deck and see the sunrise over the ocean. It was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable too!

Lovely Getaway!

The property was just as advertised! Clean and comfortable for our family and dog. The bedroom is big enough for a twin air mattress which is what we used for our son. Convenient location close to the beach and all CB has to offer. Previous guest forgot to leave parking passes but we quickly got a hold of the owner who was able to communicate with the HOA to ensure our car wouldn’t get towed. Will be back again!

Great

This place is great. It was clean, bright and comfortable. I loved the views (the sunrise was amazing), the balcony off the bedroom, the deck area in the entrance way, the kitchen had everything you need, very short walk to the beach. My son slept on the pull out bed which was comfortable. They were very responsive when I did have a question. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely stay again.

Escape from reality

The beach day was fantastic! For the weather being December, it was incredible. The weather was perfect. 50 with the low 68 was the high very sunny perfect beach weather!…. The picture was a little misleading, thinking you were going to see more ocean. But you still were across the street from the ocean, which was fantastic! And you did see some of the beach….. It is on the fourth floor, so there are stairs… but if you want the view? You must do the climb… and it really was not that bad.The communication with the host was very good. The condo itself, very cleaned. Had everything that you would need in the kitchen. The bed was very comfortable!…. Our stay was incredible.! It was exactly what I needed to escape the reality of the medical field…I would definitely stay there again! Thank you.
