Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify the details regarding your reservation. We maintained active communication with you throughout the process, providing reminders to complete the required pre-check-in and payment for your stay. Please note that because the payment was not made, the reservation became inactive, and completing pre-check-in is a mandatory requirement to receive entry instructions and access the property. Since payment and registration were not completed despite our outreach, access could not be provided. We strictly enforce these standard procedures for the safety and security of all our guests.

Clean budget friendly room in quiet neighborhood

Room was comfortable, bright, and clean. Kitchen and laundry are shared in downstairs common area. Fully equipped . Parking zoned, so need to move car each day, unless a holiday or weekend. So it’s available, but with limitations. Patio is rooftop. Neighborhood is very nice, walking distance to shops and Volunteer park.

Space was very clean. I had an idea what the set up would feel like renting a bedroom within a house but wasn’t positive since I didn’t read this in the description of the property. It was perfect for the 12 hours we needed it for. The owners were so communicative and checked in several times which was great! If I needed to stay here again for a quick little trip I definitely would.
