Great family stay with backyard play/fishing area

My boys 21, 25, and their dad absolutely loved this stay. They spent most of their time fishing right out of the back door. I enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching them. We really enjoyed this location. Thank you.

Nice place

We had an overall great trip. There were a lot of unknowns and we didn’t get to use and do everything because we were not sure how to catch the tram, etc.

The tram passes are hung in the entry way of the unit and the tram picks up at designated stops every 30 to 45 minutes, on a continuous loop. Great Place

This property is clean and in a quiet culdesac in sandestin. All of the rooms are spacious. The neighborhood is quiet. The beds were comfortable and everyone slept well! The kitchen is equipped but lacks a few necessities such as pot holders, a second pot (this house sleeps 9), and wash clothes for the kitchen, a muffin pan. Otherwise no issues. Pack your own extras in laundry, bathroom, trash bags etc… There are beach items in the garage which saved us a TON. The sunrise and sunset are BOTH viewable from the back porch! Loved the porch!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice and spacious with a great view of the bay. Worked very well for 6 guys and 2 kids in town for a fishing trip with multiple beds.

Bay views for miles

Plenty of room. The garage came in very handy to store our bikes at night. We were able to walk out the back door on to the greens and watch the sunset on the bay every evening. The panoramic view of the bay was visible for miles. Could use just a little TLC The pool was closed for repairs. We plan to go back in a few weeks.

Spacious place in a great location!

Check in was flawless and the house was spectacular! On a golf course facing the bay made sunsets a great attraction every evening! If there was only one thing I could ask was the the lights in the enclosed patio were checked. They seemed to not work but we didn’t mind cause it added a cool vibe to our spooky story tales. Will definitely consider this place when we visit Miramar again.

Has Potential

The condo is in a nice location. This is the first time we stayed on the Bayside where we had full access to the water. It was absolutely beautiful. The condo is large and spacious. The common areas and bedrooms could use updating. It would also be nice if extra blankets and pillows were available. We had issues with the televisions but the rental company was very responsive and sorted things out quickly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Had high expectations

We had high expectations since we were staying in sanddestin , everything was clean but none of the outdoor lights worked not the back porch not the front porch …we told them and nothing was done . The houses are connected which you vent really tell in the pictures and people partied on the golf course behind our unit til 3 in the morning we again let the property manager know and nothing was done . Some parts of the house had drywall that wasn’t done . There was no directions on how to use or ride the tram , no directions on what to do when we left the house clean up wise . . No trash bags and no direction on where to put the trash when we left . . And it was far from the beach . They gave us $100 and some change back from all the problems we had . Won’t stay at this property again ….

Nice but

This condo is in a very quiet residential area in the Sandestin Resort golf club. The deck is screened in and looks out over the ocean Bay. They advertise kayaks however there is no good place to put them in if you don’t have a way to transport them to a launch pad. The unit does not come with a golf cart and you cannot get a rental golf cart because of HOA regulations, at least that’s what we were told. The tram turned out to be hit or miss and so luckily, we had a rental car and were able to get to the beach. The condo itself was well built, but appears to become someone’s cash cow because it is not being maintain well. There are water stains on the ceiling and spots on the wall that have been patched but never painted. You cannot park in the garage as it is full of furniture. There are restrictions, including the pool that was closest to the unit was closed the entire week we were there. you’re not allowed to walk on the golf cart trail that surrounds the condo. We enjoyed our stay, but I’m not sure I would rent this particular condo again. It certainly was not a dump by any means but does need some TLC, especially in the kitchen area. If you’re planning on having your family and cooking, be prepared to buy all the essentials. Cooking utensils, pots and pans and dishes are the only thing in the kitchen, I had to buy extra trash bags and paper towels As well as salt and pepper and basic seasoning. On a sidenote, the management group was superb.
