On-site coin operated washer and dryer. Easy access to town, trails & I-70. Plenty of Parking. Dogs are welcome. Fast WiFi. 48 in TV. Ideal for short or long term vacations. 5 units available, sleeping 16 adults or 12 adults/8 kids total if the whole family wants to tag along!

Great access to Colorado national monument

Spent one night here- our last night. Close to airport. Very comfortable, easy access to Rim Rock Drive. Great food at Hot Tomato. Downtown area walkable. Enjoyed.

Love Fruita!

Great location with walking distance to downtown shops. There are 4 units side by side with ground floor entrance, no stairs, and parking in front of your door. We were there on a friday evening and went to a brewery within walking distance and the farmers market Sat morning with food and artists, music, and Palisade peaches grown nearby! Love the town of Fruita, CO!

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay! Quick walk into town, easy parking right be the door for all the stuff you need to bring in. Kitchen had everything we needed, bed was comfortable, AC worked well. Plenty of space to put all our stuff. All the things we needed, and none of the stuff we didn’t need. Can’t wait to come back!

We Loved It!

We only stayed for a night on our way somewhere else but this was the perfect place for my friends and I to land after a long day of travel. It was cute, well-maintained and cozy. Nice and quiet during the night for us to get some much needed rest. We stayed here on our way to Denver for a vacation (and subsequently another VRBO) and we kept saying we wished that the one we had stayed in for longer than one night was our Fruita VRBO because of how perfect it was. Grateful to have had the opportunity to stay there!!

Clean, bright and convenient for short or longer term. Great spot!

Everything was right on point! Super convenient location, great host and everything you need to stay for a while and cook at home or enjoy walking to downtown Fruita for a night out. Was grateful to find such a welcoming and clean place!
