Great in town location

1 floor house, open layout, with side driveway that makes loading and unloading easy. Unit is blocks away from downtown to restaurants, coffee, OTE and CBB bike shops, and local brewery. Great stay for 2 people and dog since only 1 bath. Backyard is nice with grass, grill, and screened in table. One of my best stays in Fruita!

Nicely updated brick house

Property just as photos showed. Very clean and well kept. Entry was by code that the manager sent to us that we entered on key pad on front door. Plenty of room for 4 people. No issues. Highly recommend.

Family Reunion

We truly enjoined renting this house for our family reunion. It was 1 of 3 homes on Elm St we rented but this one had the best open floor plan. It was very clean, tasteful decor, with all the kitchen essentials, a grill, and a large screened-in area for hanging out. Downtown Fruita is a short walk to retail, coffee shops, a bike shop (rent a mountain bike), and delicious restaurants. Hot Tomatoes is a must!

Beautiful place, great location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house! It was spotless and very comfortable. Great location for enjoying downtown Fruita and easy access to mountain biking. I would pick this place again!

A perfect stay.

This is a well appointed adorable home in a great location. We had our sweet senior dog with us and it was perfectly set up for dogs, except if you have puppies or runners be aware that there is no fence. It worked fine for us. Haha our dog doesn’t move that fast! But an added bonus is that there’s a middle school across the street with a huge grassy, shaded lawn. Definitely recommend.

Perfect Fruita Getaway

My husband and I spent two nights here over the Christmas holiday. We were extremely pleased with the property. The location couldn't have been better; on a quiet street, just a short stroll to Fruita's charming town center. I don't think we've ever stayed in a cleaner place. It was spotless. Our hosts provided all the little extras that make a stay more comfortable - ICE!, blankets, coffee and filters, etc. We didn't bring our bikes, but the large laundry room would be perfect for storing them. It was a perfect little getaway. We'd certainly rent it again.

Mtn bike weekend

Walkablento downtown restaurants, brew pub, coffee, bike shop. Easy to find, easy parking. Super cute and functional space inside. Great home away from home for a weekend on the trails.

Perfect spot in Fruita!

Property was close to downtown for food and shops and to a lot of parks in the area that we were there for. Property manager was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Highly recommend!

This place was great! It had everything we needed, except a cutting board. Maybe I just couldn't find it! Clean, great kitchen, bath, backyard, grill, fire table, laundry, you name it. If you are there in the fall, there is a cherry tomato plant that is spectacular! We loved our stay here and would recommend it 100% Thanks for having us!

Great place walking distance to downtown Frutia

Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable 7 day trip to Frutia. The locking shed was perfect for storing mountain bikes and kayaks and it locked so everything was secure. Jeremiah responded promptly the few times we needed to get a hold of him. The screened in patio made relaxing outside enjoyable since it kept the biting flies at bay. Would stay again.

Best location for fun activities

A gem

This house was so perfect for the two of us. It seems recently remodeled and very nicely done. The kitchen/living area is wide open with lots of room to hang out, stretch, relax. The kitchen is very nicely appointed and has everything you could need in the kitchen....nice dishes, pots and pans, utensils, cooking utensils. The backyard is very nice as well with a screened in porch which we didn't use. The beds were comfy, the bathroom very nice. The whole house was great, walking distance to the main "downtown" of Fruita. We will be back for sure! Thank you!

Amazing home and location

Beautiful home in downtown Fruita. Has all the amenities. Location is perfect. Within walking distance of downtown Fruita. Will definitely stay there again!
