Newly remodeled, waterfront, mother-in-law suite. Dogs allowed at no additional cost, free parking.

See dolphins, Osprey, and more frolicking in our amazing backyard overlooking the Matanzas river, & did I mention the breathtaking sunsets.

6 minute drive to Crescent Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Close to downtown historic St Augustine (15min).

Private entrance, full on suite bath, fishing dock, kitchenette with coffeemaker, shared pool, & Internet included.

THE SPACE
I just adopted the sweetest bluetick hound-dog. She is 3 years old and gets along with everyone, everything, & everybody.

She will be roaming the entire property.

This studio apartment is suitable for 2 adults that like a good queen mattress and 1 person okay sleeping on a brand new regular genuine leather couch ls.

Furniture was just purchased brand new and is very good quality.

Central AC, off street Parking for 2 vehicles, separate entrance.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests enter 24/7 with lockbox.

Guests have their own parking spaces (2), living area, bathroom, kitchenette & can access the shared pool and dock.

I'm Paul the owner. I live in the main part of the house, I'm super outgoing, friendly and talk alot.

I often use the pool area & common areas to host friends & family, but many nights are extremely quiet.

If you are after a very quiet experience please send a message prior so we can compare notes and make sure you have a great experience.
