Drive safely as you may encounter deer in the fields nearby. This home has private entrance, 2 freshly painted bedrooms, each with a lock (one of which has a kitchenette), large closet and renovated marble bathroom with shower, 4 twin beds, outdoor patio, 2 miles to beach and is close to houses of worship. Pets considered.
The space
Guest entrance is at the back of the house. Guests will walk the path between the house and the garage activating a motion light. At the end of the path guests will take a LEFT (at Welcome sign), traverse some grass (in process of adding stepping stones) and step up to the large, lighted back yard patio. The entrance to guest unit is at the end of the patio and a "Hello" sign marks guest's entrance door. (Please note in fool weather or with luggage guests may request access to unit through front door of host's house).

Enter the bedroom with wall of windows, two twin beds, kitchenette, TV and private bath. This bedroom gives guests access to second bedroom with full closet and two twin beds. Between first and second bedrooms is a small hall with marble flooring and a door that separates the two bedrooms from the main house. A dresser for guest use is located in front of the door to solidify the boundary between main house and guest space.

Both bedrooms are freshly painted and have new, luxury vinyl flooring. The renovated bathroom is all marble with a stand up shower (no bath tub). Both bedrooms have separate locks. There is no need to interact with host if not desired.
Guest access
Enter private backyard entrance with key lock. Access to two bedrooms and one full bath. Entrance is in the back of the home (not the side of the home) Enter the house between the garage and the home. Left to patio and private entrance.
Other things to note
Beautiful brook located behind fence in the back of the home. If you love nature, you may welcome the sound of geese and see a family of ducks paddling on the water. Perhaps you will see a number of deer on the street and in the fields nearby.
