This main floor with patio apartment is located in charming downtown St.John’s! Nestled behind Mile One and SJCC, just a ten minute walk to the iconic George Street, trendy restaurants and shopping along Water St, this is the PERFECT city getaway.
Private entrance, along with plenty of on-street parking (parking pass provided).
Rental car package available upon request.

This spacious one bedroom home features a stylish fully stocked kitchen, dining room, bar, living room with dedicated workspace/52" tv, new mini split heat pump providing air conditioning in living room and bedroom, washer/dryer, private back deck with BBQ and propane fire-pit, fully fenced-in back yard, and much more.
Guest access
Guests can access through a keypad entry with code sent before check-in.
Other things to note
Washer, dryer and freezer are located in basement.
Mini split heat pumps located in bedroom and dining room provide heat and air conditioning. There is a remote for each that can be used to adjust the temperature.
