Your time under the sunshine can be spent swimming in the turquoise pool or visiting one of the area's world-renowned beaches. Additionally, within 15 miles of your stay, you'll find Grayton Beach State Park, Point Washington State Forest, the Gulf Place Town Center, Camp Helen State Park, and Topsail Hill Preserve Park.

Back inside, enjoy amazing views of the palms from the spacious living room, complete with warm wood flooring, comfortable seating, and a large TV. When you aren't hanging out here, the expansive balcony offers a delightful spot to sit back and sip.

When hunger arises, show off your culinary skills amongst the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances, center island, and marble countertops.

The large bedroom and additional bunk room ensure that everyone has more than enough space to spread out come bedtime. A private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning round out the condo's interior perks.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
