Perfect Beach Escape

This unit was in a perfect location with a great view of the ocean and beach from the patio. The decor was very tasteful, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. We loved everything about it!

Perfect location and adorable condo!

The owner had everything you could possibly need for a perfect getaway in this newly remodeled corner unit. You walk up a flight to perfect beach views and then back down to the beach walk. Easy peasy!

Great beachfront condo

Very comfortable condo steps from the beach! Kitchen is well appointed, bed is comfortable and living area is inviting with oceanfront views. Close to Seagrove Beach with plenty of restaurants and shops near by. Highly recommended!

Favorite Place to Stay

We had a great time staying at The Palms A-6. It was clean, all essentials that we needed were provided. The host was very helpful and very easy to talk to about future stays. We highly recommend The Palms A-6. It a great place to meet new friends, enjoy the local restaurants and shops. We love it!!

145 Steps from the Beach!

The location and accommodations can't be beat. It's a 7 minute bike ride to shops and restaurants...and, 7 minutes away from the hustle. It was great to be so close without the crowds. Shaved ice, ice cream, donuts and a suft shop (the essentials when you have littles) are a 5 minute walk. Communication with the owner was prompt and professional. The unit was nicely appointed. It was perfect for us. We WILL be back!!

Great!

We loved this condo on our recent stay! It had everything we needed and the convenience you couldn’t beat! The beach and pool were not too crowded and we were close to everything. We’ve been coming to 30A for almost 15 years and this was one of my favorite spots! Hope we can visit again in the future!

This was a perfect place to get away to! Only a few steps till your toes are in the white sand & beautiful green blue water! This condo was updated in a relaxing costal feel.

Great Stay!

Love Santa Rosa Beach

The only downer was the weather. (Rained 2 of 3 days). Everything else was excellent. We hope to return!

Beach Paradise

We loved spending an entire month at The Palms. The view of the sunset, the beach, and the well maintained grounds, were all amazing from the balcony of A6. We felt spoiled having a private beach access. This condo is clean and stocked with every kitchen item needed for a comfortable stay. The location is within walking distance to shopping and many restaurants. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had and was dedicated to making our stay comfortable. The biking on 30A a great way to get around while getting some exercise. We are looking forward to spending more time at The Palms -A6. 😀

Great place for a beach stay.

We’ve been coming to Seagrove for a long time, and this is one of the best all around places we’ve ever stayed. Convenient to everything, steps from the beach, well appointed and super comfortable. What else could we want? Will definitely save this one and plan to be back!

Can't be beat!

We were thrilled with this location! We were a bit hesitant to be on the second floor, but it was a quick walk to the beach and the front door is straight ahead from the stairs. Owners were wonderful to work with! Just an outstanding experience. Looking forward to the next time!
