A nice beautiful interior while surrounded by numerous coffee farms and beautiful scenery! Fully remodeled to make sure you feel comfortable in your space. We have done even more upgrades with furniture and decor! Minutes from the best snorkeling beaches and beginner surf spots. Down town is a short drive with many fun places to dine. Enjoy the amenities such as the pool,BBQ Area, Tennis Court, and Basketball Court! Be close to town, but at a cool elevation!

Excellent stay - great location

Perfect location for us on the big island. Nice view overlooking the ocean in the distance. It was clean and had everything we needed for our week-long stay. If you are traveling with kids, I would recommend staying here as the multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, and kitchen helped us out immensely. Easy drive to the stores (Costco, Wal-Mart, etc.) to get your food. Also recommend checking out the local restaurants and shops near this VRBO.

Great spot for a relaxing vacation

The unit is great. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we were very thankful for the ceiling fans as it was quite warm for our liking. It had just about everything we needed. We loved the sunsets every evening. There was a bit of a hiccup with the check in process, we did not receive instructions for checking in, but right before we arrived to the unit, we received an email from the property manager with instructions on how to access the unit. It all worked out in the end even though there was a bit of panic.

Great place to stay on The Big Island

Very clean & comfortable. We loved our stay & will definitely stay again on future trips. The beds were very comfortable & just what you want after a busy day of fun. Communication was great. Having a washer dryer in the unit was fantastic & coffee in the am on the porch with the view was priceless. Less than a mile away are some incredible restaurants & coffee trucks. I think the best we had on the island. We enjoyed our stay very much. Perfect vacation stay or extended stay it has everything you need.

Needs some repairs

The condo was in need of some repairs (busted screens that gecko could get in, we had 2 come in thru the hole in the screen) master bathroom tiles fell off, no sharp knifes or bread knife. Unclean under entertainment center as we were chasing the gecko out. Mattress in second bedroom was too soft on the edge.

Nice place to stay. Host is very nice and will help you with any problems. Would stay there again!

Property is very nice! Only complaint is the hot tub is a one foot deep kiddie pool.

Great Base to Explore Hawaii - great snorkeling nearby

We rented a car and explored the entire island -this was a great starting point. We did a south loop drive and explored the green sand beach and Volcano, and also did north loop drive. Each morning we really enjoyed the small patio / outdoor sitting area and overlook to the ocean. A wonderful coffee shop (for cappuccino/ lattes) right up the road. Well stocked kitchen for cooking dinner. Comfortable beds. Three of the best snorkeling locations on big island of Hawaii are very close (includes Captain Cook and ”two -step”). Note: there is a single flight of stairs to get from parking lot down to the front door ( building is on a steep hill). We had a great time! Would rent this condo again.

Beautiful Kona right next to the best coffee farm

One of the best host I’ve ever dealt with (I’ve rented a lot of places) and they are my favorite by far because communication was easy and quick responses. This condo made my first trip to Hawai’I an unforgettable one. We stayed for a week and they had all the amenities we needed to cook meals everyday and even provided cleaning supplies. My family preferred to stay inside the home instead of going out. Stunning view of Kona while enjoying a cup of fresh Kona coffee in the back was my favorite part. Love that the location was in the center of everything and only a few minutes from a community hospital and gas station. I will definitely come back!
