This 1 Bed/1 Bath condo will completely surprise you with its style & comfort.

We've gone the extra mile to make sure everything you want or need is packed inside. The queen bed will make your stay extra cozy...and of course, you deserve it!

Looking for an affordable getaway with style & comfort? This is a great 1 bed/1 bath condo that fits anyones budget. With a queen bed in the master bedroom, a full size sofa sleeper your small family will enjoy all that Sports Village Resort has to offer.

​​​​​​​The Sports Village Resort is the ORIGINAL and first of its kind here in St George. All others are just COPIES. Make sure you come and stay with us and enjoy the amazing amenities and comforts of what was has always been the "best place to stay in St George".

We've also recently updated the walls & painted them to a neutral grey (pewter grey). It looks AMAZING!

NOTE: Changes to the homeowners association insurance coverage has required removal of private grills. There are community grills available for use at the club house. Bring your own charcoal.

PARKING: There is free parking around the community. There is also fenced parking available to rent for Trailers and RV's. Rented at the clubhouse $5 a day. No reservations, first come first serve. The Clubhouse is open until 10pm.

Clean and comfortable

I was going through cancer treatments and needed a quiet, clean place to recover. The condo was so clean and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful and so much for families to do.

Family Visit

Adorable condo that was recently updated. Crisp, cozy, clean and bright condo the property was adequately stocked with what I needed for a long weekend. Great pool options on property. It is an older complex, but this condo is freshly updated. Also to note it is on the third floor so must be good with steps.

Place was nice, bed is on older side with loud springs and headboard not attached to anything. Shower only has partial glass and an opening without a door and water leaks out onto flooring. Kitchen was nice size. Washing machine was hard to get clothes in and out of and lid didn’t stay open without holding it with one hand. Have stayed in this complex for many years and it’s time for HOA to upgrade the facilities. It’s really showing its age. But I will be staying there again in the future!

Accurate listing, condition of property was excellent, all the amenities to include household goods, toiletries, washer/dryer/dishwasher with detergent. Great Wi-Fi, tv, pool/club. Loved it, thank you!

Upon arrival there was a VERY strong and rank odor that permeated all areas of this unit. The bed smelled strongly of urine and sour sheets. The bed spread has visible marks and soils. The couch and linens for the sofa bed were filthy with hairs, white crusty stains and more of the rank smell. We addressed this with the rental company and they basically assured us that it had been cleaned and and their solution was to bring in air fresheners. We had to spend 50 on cleaning products and spent our very busy day washing and laundering all possible items in this unit to make it bearable. It took detergent, oxi clean, an entire bottle of febreze, Swiffer mop pads and air fresheners to bring this unit to any kind of living quality. After laundering, the bedding and sheets were fresh, but we also had to clean a very dirty and soiled mattress pad and pillows. There was no attempt to inspect or assess the smells and soils for themselves. The only solution was to bring in two air fresheners. The uptake and care of this unit has been very neglected. There is absolutely no excuse for a bed to smell like urine and have marks and stains upon it. The bare minimum was done to prepare this unit for renters.We have long been renters through VRBO and have NEVER left a negative review or had to complain about accommodations. This has been the most disappointing rental experience.

Clean/Nice Little Apartment

It really was very clean and taken care of place. The reason for a 4 star is a few things we had issues with. There was kinda a funny smell when you first walk into the room. We have stayed in a similar place in the same complex and had the same issues so I’m wondering if it’s a plumbing issue. The bathroom towels were still damp when we went to use them.. I think the thing that was the hardest part is the bed is very squeaky. Every time you rolled over it would wake you and your partner up. I do wish it had had some coffee available, but that’s just my opinion. It was very well priced rental which is what made us choose this location. I would say it’s a great day for a small budget..
