Located on the top floor(3rd)of building#4 at Kailua Bay Resort. Stunning Views & Walking Distance to Everything. The Perfect Unit for up to 6 people looking to be in the Heart of Downtown Kailua Kona.

You'll be able to see views of the Ocean & the gorgeous foliage within the resort. This is a BRAND NEW VACATION RENTAL AS OF SEPTEMBER 2023!

Immediately upon walking in, you'll notice beautiful vinyl plank floors throughout, no carpet!
Enjoy A Very Well Stocked Fully Equipped Kitchen with a Stainless Appliances: Stove, Oven, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer/Microwave. Dishes, Pots/Pans, & Cookware all Fully stocked.
There's a outdoor dining table available for meals.

A beautiful element of this unit is the high vaulted ceilings allowing the unit to feel expansive throughout. There is a Bedroom & Bathroom on the Main level, and in the Loft is another bedroom & bathroom.
The Living Room has a queen sofa bed!

The Lanai is Incredible views & breezes from this very private area.

The Bedroom on main level Features a Comfortable Queen Sized Bed. The Loft Bedroom also has a queen sized bed.

The Bathroom on the main level has a Tub/Shower Combination. The Bathroom on the loft level has a walk in single stall shower.

Nearby kayaking, parasailing, snorkeling, stand up paddle boarding, fishing, swimming, and beaches all in walking distance. Conveniently close to everything Kailua-Kona has to offer!

The location was perfect. Central to everything and a short walk from Ali'i Drive, the main oceanfront road with lots of shops and restaurants. The accommodations were cute, clean, and comfortable. It was lovely to eat breakfast out on the balcony with a view of the ocean. The kitchen is well-appointed and even had quite a few spices available. We also really appreciated the beach equipment and made good use of the beach chairs and umbrellas. We had a wonderful stay here and would come back again!

This place was great! Location was just up from the main area and close to shops. It was very spacious with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, 1 full bathrooms, living area, dining table and balcony. The bedroom upstairs was great as it had a large area for getting ready including a vanity and mirror which was separate from the bathroom. Perfect for my daughter and I! It had the main amenities you would need and more including spices! Was super easy to access as the instructions provided were great. Any questions we had were answered right away. If you are a family of 4 or even a bit larger, this place is perfect. We went north to beaches, south to Captain Cook and even across the island to the volcano. Very central and easy to get to all the main amenities on the island.

Wonderful Stay in Kona

We had a great stay at his unit. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was fully functional with everything we need for food preparation. The air conditioning worked great and needed to turn up to reasonable temperature to not get too cold so it cycled off much of the time. The top floor is nice as the unit has a loft bedroom and the outdoor terrace gives a wonderful view of the ocean.

Beautiful little

Beautiful little condo well set up for guests. Had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying the beach. Soft towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, even a cooler. You can see the ocean from the balcony. Felt quiet and peaceful in a complex. We struggled to find the actual place at first - building 4, middle stack, top floor - the number is behind the screen door.

Great Location

Great location, adorable clean condo. The loft bedroom was hard to cool down. While the air unit worked great at night, the afternoons or early evening getting ready was really hot. The bathroom never cooled down either and was always warm.

Convenient location, charming property

This cute unit was very well stocked, and property management checked in with us promptly. We had plenty of space and found what we needed in the kitchen. The only downside was that it is on the third floor, and as the listing notes, there is no elevator. We did not have a car, so had to walk up a longish hill to the building from the main street and then climb lots of steps with our bikes, gear, and suitcases - so be prepared for some exercise! But we enjoyed the unit and would stay there again.

Turn key...just bring your clothes and some groceries and your set!

This was our first time renting a condo anywhere. We usually stay in resorts or hotels so we really didn't know what to expect. However, we were pleasantly surprised. This condo was fully stocked with all basic necessities other than food and clothing. There were coolers, snorkel gear, beach chairs, pool noodles, etc. Plenty of towels, sheets, extra pillows, toilet paper, paper towels and the kitchen was fully stocked with spices, dishes, glassware, cookware, etc. The unit was clean and comfortable. We would gladly return on a future trip.

My Week on the Big Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very comfortable and well decorated condo. There is framed art throughout this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom property. There is plenty of room on the 2 floors and has lots of living space to relax in. It has all the necessary tools needed to cook and launder clothes. The lanai has a great view of the ocean and this location is perfect for walking for coffee in the morning or going across the street to shop, eat or even go to the beach. The free assigned parking spot in the condo is a wonderful asset due to the paid parking in the area. It was nice to call this place home for the week and I would definitely recommend it.

A lovely place in a lovely location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo community has a nice little pool and clubhouse with 2 barbecues for grilling. On top of that, a walk across the street puts you on Alii drive so you have access to about 15 restaurants with stunning views. I stayed here for an entire month and really got to know the area, and the walk score on this place is 10/10 for groceries, dining, shopping, etc. A decently stocked kitchen if you wanna cook at home, laundry in the unit was a life saver too when staying a while. The patio was a great spot to sit and read in the morning / evening breeze. The place has AC in every room but I didn't need it much with the island breeze. What else can I say? I was perfectly happy to live here for a whole month.

My friends and I were very pleased with how stocked the condo was and how clean it was when checked in. Has everything you needed for a week vacation and the laundry unit was a plus. The only downfall was walking up 3 flights of stairs and not having central AC. There was wall AC units and fans available but still to Hot inside for our liking. Overall a very nice place to stay if you don’t mind being a little warm. Also was a bit tough to find the condo and would recommend better signage but appreciated how quick the host was to respond via text.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Residence was great, walking distance to all the main Kona restaurants and shops. Initially picked this location to save us on parking in Kona proper. Good choice, because at $13 an hour parking is atrocious. The only concern we had with the property was safety. There were lots of homeless “tweaking” at the main road access to the complex. This made walking a bit of a hassle. There appeared to be a domestic dispute in a nearby residence as well at 3 in the morning one day. Both of these issues were not things that the owner of this unit could have prevented. But a nice to know.

Adequate for price point!

Overall this was a good place. It is located between the old Kona down the hill and newer development up the hill. It’s an older building but well kept. The host had the unit well supplied with a few extra items eg spices, hand soap at each sink, etc. We appreciated that! With this unit you can see the ocean and faintly hear the Luau. We arrived at 1:00 am and it would have been nice if the units were numbered on the outside of the building and the outside light left on for us. This complex is occupied by tourists and locals. We did have a couple of nights listening to a couple arguing but as soon as someone yelled out for them to settle down, they did. We usually kept windows open and fans on to cool the unit which worked well for the most part. If you have the air on in the bedroom and the door open it kept the lower level cooler overnight.
